The new missiles skills doesent work. Anyone the same Problems ?

Hmmm they do work..... but...
I and a corpm8 tested it okay he was in a Ferox shooting heavy missiles .... doing no damage... ok I was in a kessie firing light missiles and doing damage.... so we had both trained the new skills.
Then we made a switch he toke the kessie and fired at me and voila he was doing damage....
in short size does matters frig go against frig so he.
So after that he went on missions with a ferox and fitted some light missiles on it and tada he was doing damage again against drones

I jsut had something identical. Using my raven in a lvl 3 (until i get my skills back to try a lvl 4 again). I was firing my cruise missile against frigates, doing damage. Against 2 cruisers, nothing happened to either of them. no dmg to them, no entries in log even.

I have been having the same issue I assume. Before I trained the new missle skills my cruise were doing damage to any rat, but after I started training them I cannot do damage to anything. Nothing shows up in the log, and earlier they would not reload, but I fixed that by relogging. I have tested this even against a badger mk2 and still no log updates or damage.

Just experienced this same issue. Missles doing no dmg at all. No dmg message popping up, no log. This happened right after training the new missle skill "Missle Projection" to level 1.
Before training Missle Projection, I trained both rapid launch and missle bombardment. At that time missles were doing some damage and damage messages were appearing as normal. But after training missle projection seems damage has disappeared altogether.
In all cases I was using heavy missles against npc frigs and cruisers in deadspace.

I had started training the new skills but some how i lost 9 of the new skills i had!
so If you like to know what i think its all BS !!!!
My guns do not work and my cruise and torps no longer work!
so do not even bother playing if this is how the game will be!
if it is a bug why did no one get it on the test server!

I too have had a problem where the training of the skills does not seem to affect anything. In particular the rate of fire skills. After getting level 2 i have yet to see a change in the rate of fire of any of my launchers light heavy or otherwise...

I have this Probs with a Raven, i using Torps.
Range only 37,5 with Missile bombardement on Level 2, I think the Skill doesent work, so we can trash our Ravens now. 
Thx a lot ...........
CCP have nerv the Torps to heavy......... and then : No new Skills will help.
CCP please rise the rang off Torps ....

Same problem... after traning the new missils skills i cant do any damage.. no log entry either.
Any one got a way around this ???

i have figured out a temporary way around the no damage bug, but it only lasts as long as your in the middle of training a missle skill or not training them at all, you have take the launchers and ammo off your ship, and relog then refit the launchers, and they work again, the bug will come back once you start a missle skill training, not sure if its a specific skill or not
i also logged out in space while the bug was happening, and now can no longer relog that char in, i do not know if the two are related

well i just trained a nother missil skill and the bug whent away... i hope it dosent show up again.

i had a random no damage issue, once guided precision was trained,
no more problems.. and quite happy with results thus far..
although (another skill) i have adv weapon upg at 2, and get only 1 levels worth of
reduction..

I thought it wasnt applying the training but then i did show info from the fitting room and i saw that they were all getting applied... straight after the patch my missle range was reduced from 48km to 35km, now with level 2 on all the new low end missle skills i got the range upto 54km so its all good...

ive noticed similar to this before i got any of the new skills i was doing 300 odd damage to frigs with cruise bought the new skills trained em all to lvl one and now do about 20 damage to frigs with cruise wish id never bought them now :P
