Reading that new dev blog , just make me thing why the hell , i' m paying to ccp to Play a game, that is be manipulate by some guys +¡nside ccp, like we can see in some post teaching to avoid concord and other subjects.
Everyone know, who I'm Speaking.
Play clear is one thing. But i think, this is already too mutch to support.
We have spent billions to get some kind of ships, and KNOW, ex: titans can't even kill one frigate, Wtf.
I THINK ALL players on eve need to tell. Or you respect all of us, or we quit.

Titans, and especially dreads, aren't what's needing the nerf. If Titan pilots want to waste their dd by hitting a frig, they should be allowed to. Mechanics to artificially correct noob behavior? Slight paper dmg bonus doesn't compensate for dread dronebay nerf. A sieged dread is still a dead dread. Drone dps are the only applied dps they do anyway.
Moms didn't get much nerf by comparison. Their power comes from fighter bombers anyway, what does limiting them to fighters/fighter bombers do, exactly? And 20% less hp still means they take 80% of forever to kill. |

I think your very much incorrect:
1.) SC'ers got hit very hard by this.... they can only field one full set of FB's or Fighters. If they fight FB's, they are amazing against structures and capitals, but can't do **** to subcaps. If the fit fighters, they still can't do **** to anything smaller than a BS. Also, while they can declaw a POS, they can't actually hurt the Tower now... i.e. They are no longer the swiss-army knife of eve, but a ship with a very defined role: To kill capital ships.
2.) Dreads got a big boost in the 5 min siege cycle, although they are now more vulnerable to subcaps. So what.... I bet the 5 min siege cycle, as well as being the only ship class that can hit a large pos tower brings them very much back into use.
3.) Titans needed the DD nerf.... if a fleet of 50 titans takes the field, they can instantly DD all the logistics, command ships, and hics/dics on field. While not as abused atm as SC fleets, it will be the next big problem if CCP doesn't nerfed it.
Finally, look at the big picture: These changes make it so the subcap fight matters. A subcap fleet can now effectively hold a supercap fleet down, making supers finally vulnerable to something beyond "MOOOOORRRRRR Supers." There is suddenly a big risk in dropping a 50 man supercap fleet... as an organized 200 man BS fleet can hold them down and slowly eat them alive!!! |

I think ccp is making tech 3 blobs and drake blobs more powerfull this way but meah whatever lets all go join a big corp or alleince and kill stuff! (blob style) Also whats the use of a moros if it gets nerfed without the gallnte strengh? Shouldt we get a drone version of a dread rather then a bloody paperweight0/
Fighter what is the use of fighters if bombers are vs cap ships and heavy drones vs battleships?
Anyway i think ccp is missing the nail here

Why are we being forced to play in a speciffic way? Why are we forced to use speciffic ship against speciffic enemies? Any sci-fi story or game laughs at the idea of e.g. a Supercarrier not being able to efficiently attack a frigate... A ship worth billions only able to attack BS and above? Cause that's going to happen!
You find EVE, you fall in love, you make a plan to get to that speciffic ship or ships because they work with your playstyle and can do stuff you want to do... and then after you get there it's all being taken away and nerfed. How professional...
I thought CCP was going to FIX eve not f**k it all up even more...
Who cares I want to fire doomsday into a frigate? If I own this bloody Titan and I feel like it I surely should be able to!
Also, ships that should be self-sufficient (Supercaps) and deadly all around get nerfed to a "I can only slap you with my left palm" pu**ies... WTF?! Has anyone in CCP heard of the modern Carrier Battle Groups? Such a carrier has nearly 100 aircraft and can easily defend and counterstrike ANYTHING....

If CCP want ban use drones supercarriers? look in real world - sea carrier use anti-sub helicopters, AEGIS, Anti-arcraft etc. Carrier works on all targets and tasks. Supercarrier MUST use many roles in game. CCP want cut supercarriers only fighters and fb?! its lol. need: - separate dronebays to bays fighters/fb and normal dronebay - OR - input new fighter modules (signature/speed flight/HP/align), allow fighters agro to target - rebalance need skills for supercarriers (players spend time about year learning skills for SC, and in the end take fake from CCP?)
IMHO supercarriers after winter update stand on eternal parking... |

Think of it like that:
Why is every "gameplay fix" actually a nerf? Who benefits from such "fix"? Old players will suffer cause they will not be so powerful as they were and will die easier. New players will become more powerful in bigger numbers and even more cocky. Supercaps will become cheaper so more players will be able to fly them. They will not be elite anymore. Their pilots will feel more like a Blackops or Marauder pilots - sligtly longer learning time but similar damage output... All the Commander and Deadspace items fitted on the Supercaps and Titans will be lost easier and used less often. Therefore will get cheaper as well... Cheaper, more accessible, less demanding, easily obtainable... Does it ring a bell? Yes! All the eliteness of EVE is now being tossed away as CCP wants more $$$! More of the Saturday afternoon players will show up and kill the "might Nyx" in their Brutixes or even Punishers... I tell you what... they might even consider paying for EVE as "it is so easy to get a Carrier nowadays"...
We worked hard to fly what we fly and the way we want to fly it... The reason CCP is taking away from us now is obvious and ever changing.... Money...
That's because WOW has 15mil players and EVE only 250,000. However it's been like that all those years and we all loved the next expansions... Now, greed is taking over... EvE has always been a niche game. I was proud not to think of myself as an idiot who can only press W S A D and fire... Now, this fantastic idea is turning into a really Mass Money Obtaining game for CCP where standard IQ is below 60. |
