whats the deal with them, i know they are special..more powerful, higher bounty, better loot (possible 1 run bpc of faction ship) but where?.
the lower the sec the better?
only certain places? cosmos?
lets have the info ppl....cough it up
oh and p.s. to all those ppl on the forums that are freaking out cuase they are afriad of change you should A.shut up, cuase i along with alot of others would rather not hear you or B.adapt to your new enviroment cause your not gonna change it on the forums....ill qoute it again "adapt or die".
ccp does not make their game for (lvl4 soloist/missle fanatic/pvpers/carebears) any single group of player so give it up

In belts. Come on, everyone knows this. How can you creat a whine post without researching into what you're talking about...oh wait...
They're supposed to be RARE! *gasp* oh noes, I can't find them in every single belt?

They are only found in 0.0, at normal asteroid belts. They have a probability of spawning anywhere, they're more probable to spawn in some systems than others. Finding which systems those are is up to you, but your best bet is systems with arkanor that are far far away from empire.

really? how could i have been so stupid....in the belts, wow thats ingenious...i got to hand it to ccp for hiding them there.
ok let me dumb it down for you guys so others do make the same mistake (minus the first post which was acually helpfull)
1. am i more likly going to find them the lower i go?
2. are they in any system? or do i have to hunt a certain area?
3. do you know how to read english?
i am looking for info that ppl are willing to give to increase my odds of finding one
