I'm getting the error now, and I got it right after the server came back from the new patch - I sent an email to support.

It means the devs are testing the server before they let anyone on. Don't send messages to support, you're wasting their time--this happens nearly every day and you aren't used to it yet? -- Dark Shikari: POS Consultant!

You have to remember, Dark, that some of us are new and have never seen this...let alone gotten use to it. We are just tryin find answers.

I can't say I've seen the Full Cluster thing .. though I've only been playing a few weeks. Didn't get to play last night .. silly me left power supply at work .. *hits head on desk* So I was pretty keen to get on tonight .. *waits for devs to quit fiddling about*

I thought its supposed to be one hour down time every day. Isn't it two hours now?

Been playing for over a year now, and as I'm in Australia I'm generally trying to log on around or at server restart. To date I have never seen this message appear on the login screen. In future, could you please leave your assumptions and guesses at the door?

Full Cluster (x) means that it has room for (x) people on the cluster and it has reached that number and no one else can get on, in this case it's zero, in other cases I've seen larger numbers. Give them a little time they are probably testing something.

Send a message to support - not asking for the server to be brought back online quicker (since by the time they read it it'll be back up) but instead asking that the messages are made useful. E.g. "The server is running but not accepting any connections at the moment."
Takes a few seconds to fix a message like this and we'd all benefit. Same with a bunch of the in-game ones - like active and deactivate a module within a sec or so and you get a less meaningful message.

My attitude is that I can report whatever I want to support - as long as it's something I want support about. To me, 'Full Cluster(0)' is an error that is about as helpful as if it said 'Cute Kittens(!)'.
