This game used to be one of the best! The game has now turned to *snip*
All you people complaing about caldari ships and missiles being to powerful, if you dont like it go take a run and jump! We have trained hard for our ships and skills!! There is nothing to stop you learning the skills for raven etc!
As for ccp, why nerf our ships! They are now just a pile of scrap!! How about compensating us for our time we have spent, to then nerf our ships!!! THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH CCP!!!!! WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! CONSULT US BEFORE RUINING THIS GAME!!!

I suspect for every person who hates the patch there are 4 or 5 or more less vocal people who like the patch. CCP are pleasing the majority, they cant please everyone.

How many SP does it take before 1400s became effective?
How many SP pre patch did it take before torps/cruises were effective?
Do the math, come back and you'll see why they needed to be balanced.

I'm a Caldari pilot through and through - and yes the addition of the new skills and adjustments to missiles have affected my gameplay for the moment.
But please Big Ron - calm down a tad, take a deep breath and realise that Online games always change and you always have to adjust as things change. I think the overall patch was excellent - so I'm one of the 4 out of the 5 that like the patch

How about, train some of the new skills and stop crying about something that was needed.
Oh and caldari ships are not the only ones affected by the missle changes, also welcome to the world the turret ships have been having to deal with and adapt to.
After all until the patch a raven was basically a n00b ship that spammed torps as you needed minimal skills to fly one.

Fine, now I will add the constructive part of this reply.
- missiles pwned smaller ships, all other weapons that do were nerfed before you even started this game dear Ron. Don't complain that you had the pleasure of killing all sized ships for a year longer then everyone else.
- The changes have been announced a full 6months ago, and detailed about 3 months ago. They were up for testing 3 months ago. You did nothing to inform yourself of the impending changes, your porblem, not ours.
- Adapting is easy, try and engage brain for 5 minutes.
- count how much training time you will need to get back where you were, only even better. You could be ready next week. You will just not pwn npc frigs anymore, but that discussion, dear Ron, was done 6 months ago when you were not paying attention. The gist of it: you can't be allowed to pwn npc frigs with torps anymore.
- You 'diligently' trained skills that take less then 4 months to train up to max level ? WoW. You might have noticed, if you wouldn't be set on your route to skill your way into an imbalanced situation, that everyone else needs skills that arent even maxed after A YEAR of training. Maybe the changes ahve something to do with this as well eh ?
I think thats about all I can come up with right now.
I've tried hard to leave myself out of the missile whine threads that were bound to come because I know i have zero patience with idiots that are too lazy and caomplacent to engage their brain or bother to learn more about the game mechanics then they absolutley need in pursuit of a faction BS.
But hey, I'm a mere human too. Indulge me ffs.
Now, I;m going back to ignoring the likes of you untill your steaqm runs out and these forums return to the usual level of idiocy, which still is the equivalent of a dozen times the current display of intelligence on here.
