CCP mentioned they were lookign at compensating peopel for lost BP copy time. My corp never heard anything else after they originally made the promise to look into it. Did anyone else?
I am trying to ascertain if we were all fed a line in bull**** just to calm us down or if anyone actually saw CCP extracting thumbs from butts and doing something. Currently I have 5 petitions still active and haven't heard anything for DAYS even with regular mails to get them to do something.

I got mail telling me that my name has been added to the list that CCP will be using to investigate these cases... Im hoping they get to me soon :-D

LOL. Too busy complaining and shouting for justice that you set aside the fact that CCP might be trying to figure out problems and compensate which they did. Heh. Ah well, my troll post.

Well to be fair they just fixed the issue without actually tellign anyone it had been done. At least, I found the item which had been lost sitting in my hangar but was not evemailed or external emailed to be told that it had been done. Came as something of a surprise, to say the least.

yeah, I have a feeling they are trying to fix things....communication might not be available to them as they are working on fixing everyones issues. Just trying to get things done with less hassle. I think...ah well. At least yer got yer bp copy. :)

I have not been compensated yet and I spoke with another play today who has yet to be compensated. FYI

I got a mail telling me I got on a list after 5days waiting on petition.
Well, now its like 7days+ since then. So I doubt I get a responce. Nothing like a customer support that couldnŠt care less about you.
12days+ total is simply too long nomatter what issue it is. Specially a reimburse etc.
