During the war between the Olympian Gods and the Titans, the God Hades used his Helm of Invisibility to travel unseen and steal the gift of lightning for his brother Zeus and the trident that commanded the seas for his brother Poseidon and with these artifacts the Olympian Gods won the war. The ability to move invisible and therefore change the tide of war is what we call the Hades Effect.
Hades Effect is a professional mercenary corp specialising in covert and black ops operations. We operate a large fleet of Black Ops ships with a bomber/recon force to boot and is able to adapt as is necessary.
I've dedicated myself to bringing together an intelligent and professional group of individuals who take interest in flying cov ops well. We're a composition of Bombers Bar members, former VENGA, ex-Noir, and retired Faction Warfare pilots who wish to take their talents further through the use of Covert Ops ships and offer our services across the Eve universe.
Application forum is up, check corp info for the website link.

Hades Effect is accepting contracts.
The contract types we offer have been simplified in description just for the sake of brevity. For example "regional assault" would fall under Asset Denial or "pos saves" would fall under Fleet Augmentation (Bomber Wing for Hire.) You can also do a series of combinations of the different types. We are fully willing to customize the contract to your specific needs.
Recon
Knowledge is power. We'll send our team to bookmark every jumpbridge and pos within the designated contract area. We can keep tabs on your enemy and relay their movements giving you the edge on your next move.
Asset Denial
The goal of this contract type is to cripple your enemy's ability to acquire resources be it mining, trading, hauling, PI etc. Any attempts for them to undock will be met with a constant vigil of our stealth bombers harrassing them at every turn.
Fleet Augmentation (Bomber Wing for Hire)
Are you about to enter in a major fleet fight with your enemy and you need that one thing that will turn the tide of the battle in your favor? Hire us for your CTA either for individual battles or for prolonged campaigns and gain access to a dedicated and capable bomber wing. Rest assured knowing the money you spent has just ensured the enemy fleet is greeted by numerous waves of bombs wrecking havoc both on their ships and morale. Structure battles encouraged either in defense or offense of your pos, sbu, station etc.
Eve mail or contact in-game Seraph IX Basarab for contracts. |

Considering his corp has problems with setting up a basic overview...

This is the second time we've had our allies at Five Families getting shot by our guys. FIX YOUR OVERVIEW SETTINGS. You don't need to see blues in your overview but you need to be able to see them in space.
...this doesn't surprise me. Seraph had a lot of ideas, but never followed through. That was his problem. He lacked follow-through. He also had problems keeping the corp's chat private. He didn't have any operational security, and actively worked to undermine operations set by the members of the corporation. All the while, claiming operations were his idea, no one else's (unless, of course, they failed in which case NOT HIS IDEA!).
Two months in a corporation that espoused being a recon corporation. The majority of players didn't fly recon ships. Hell, many were training into stealth bombers. I had complained vocally about this. I complained about a lot of things. I complained about people asking for handouts. I adamantly opposed the CEO's decision that people give away ISK if they were making it. I spent days in Incursions, so why am I being forced to give away my ISK? Especially when the corp has a 10% tax rate?
I mean, I could go over my complaints I Had, but I'll leave it at this: in two months, we didn't run a single cloaky operation. Not one. It was always T1 frigates or cruisers with Condor Bar, or Bombers Bar.

Quen, All you did was sit in Dodi dueling people with an alt boosting you and got on ts occasionally bragging about whatever meager accomplishment you happened to imagine while calling people "bads." On top of this literally nobody liked you. I argued for your place to stay out of sheer pity but you should of just stayed with Kai's group since you sound like you fit in with him more.
As for having a lot of ideas, perhaps you would have seen some of them implemented if you ever left High sec market hubs. What initiative did you ever take? Your claim that all we did was roam with condor and bombers bar is based purely on your contribution to the corp. Most of the time you have difficulty holding a simple tackle with a frig while flying stupidly expensive ships and then getting mad at others when you lost them.
As for opsec, I already spoke with you on the matter. You wished to gank some low sec pirates and came up with a terribly overcomplicated plan. Then when said pirate group was not on at that hour you rage posted again and again how it must have been spies leaking our intel.
I guess it's hard for you to see many of those perspectives since you'd actually need to have some basic concept of rationale or a perspective that goes beyond high sec market hub dueling. You even admitted that you joined Hades Effect thinking it was a highsec merc unit. At the very least you could learn to read basic english before complaining about what anyone else flies or what their overview settings happen to be on said day.
Worst of all you just lack class, plain and simple. And this little childish rage post along with all the other crude small minded quips you brought in are proof of it.
Take care. |

I stopped reading when you made mention of me never leaving trade hubs, because you know that's a lie, and my killboard proves it. But then I decided to give you the benefit of the doubt and read through it.
All I can say is that if you've ever followed through on a successful mission, it will be purely amazing. Aside from the fact you didn't lead anything--and in fact are banned form Bombers Bar (which made for some pretty lulzy **** in the channel)--you have achieved nothing aside from saying, "We have lots of people, yay!"
Show me the contracts for being a "merc". The only one you took you bitched out of because no one would fight you, in Syndicate. You talk about contracts, but there was never a real enforcement of any type of mercenary work.
As for the OpSec thing, yes. There was a lot of drama over that, enough-so that Ezek even bitched about it, and took you to task for it on comms. You took my operation under the pretense of "it isn't being run properly" and jumped the gun.
By the way, they had some shiny Lokis. Too bad you weren't involved. |

You came out a handful of times, probably one of the first times you left high sec as you noted. Were you there for our Providence campaign? Sits at 87 percent +, did you contribute? Where you present in Syndicate? Where you present anywhere? Let's see where you were...
March:
http://hades.eve-kill.net/?a=pilot_detail&view=kills&plt_id=661244&m=3&y=2013
37 kills and all of them in Dodi.
http://hades.eve-kill.net/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=16863013
This nano lolfit Punisher in OMS is the only evidence that you even hobbled out of Dodi at all whatsoever.
April:
http://hades.eve-kill.net/?a=pilot_detail&view=kills&plt_id=661244&m=4&y=2013
45 kills, only 23 of them not in Dodi. And the 23 you did get was with condor bar which you just got done trash talking me for only flying with them.
losses http://hades.eve-kill.net/?a=pilot_detail&plt_id=661244&view=losses&m=4&y=2013
A bit better...but seriously stop nano fitting armor AFs.
All this leads me to the question of...what did you ever contribute? What did you ever do? You can talk crap on me all you want about issues you, as always, have little perspective on, but at the end of the day it would be nice to know where you were.
Lastly, I don't know what sort of imagination you are using to claim that Ezek took me or anyone to task on comms about OpSec because the entire time he, along with just about everyone else was screaming at me to drop you. But that event literally never happened. |

Pulled from a corp-wide EVE Mail sent by Quendishir(a.k.a. Anya Kilbor). API available on request for proof.
Quote:When I joined this corporation, I was under the impression that it was a high-sec mercenary corporation with a specialty niche that was not being filled by others. Since then, I have come to understand that is not the case, and I have accepted it. In general since joining, I have had very limited participation with the corporation, not taking part in operations being run, and in general not really caring. I am a high-sec guy, who flies ships made for high-sec dueling and fights. Anyone who looks at my killboard can see the kills and losses from Dodixie and a few from Hek.
We are a cloaky-centric mercenary corp that operates in all areas of space but primarily in low and nullsec. To quote the well-spoken Ezek Price:
Quote:Hades Effect is a professional mercenary corp specialising in covert and black ops operations. We operate a large fleet of Black Ops ships with a bomber/recon force to boot and is able to adapt as is necessary.
There's a few key words there. Covert/Black Ops operations. Bomber/recons. Are we going to activate our bomb launchers in high sec so that Aura can tell us in her sexy voice that we can't perform said actions because it's banned in Empire space? I think not. Are we going to hot drop Industrial Command Ships in high security space? Oh, wait.. you can't bridge into high security space..
You need be more forward thinking Quendishir and less ego-centric if you're going to get anywhere in this game. Why in the pod would you expect us to be just a high security cloakyfag mercenary corporation?
Quote:I have had very limited participation with the corporation, not taking part in operations being run, and in general not really caring.
Find me one corporation (dummy/holding/alt corps excluded) that would deem this kind of attitude acceptable. No corporation can be successful or survive without dedicated, commited membership. Healthy attitudes can go a very long way, Quen. Put yourself in another's shoes, forgive mistakes but most of all remain humble and recognize that EVE is a game to be enjoyed.. you did nothing but herd the Drama Llama into Hades and hinder others from enjoying it.

Quote:I want to see more participation from people. I am looking at our numbers, and our killboard. We have very few active pilots compared to everything else. We have 42 members in this corporation, and the same people are showing up on the top 10 on the killboard month after month. That needs to change, and right now! I am not one for requiring participation in operations, but you joined a corporation. You are expected to help it out. If you aren't, then why are you here? For a lower tax rate? I would be okay with a 50% tax rate, to be honest. Push the carebears out of here!
Says the pilot who goes an entire month with nothing but high security kills in trade hubs. You're the carebear, Quendishir. And that's fine, because that's what Hades Effect is about. Acceptance and understanding. Why should we try to take away someone else's fun? That's a **** move and makes you a **** pilot. There are other pilots in Hades Effect who hold similar interests in high security dueling/griefing at trade hubs. But they also participate extensively with corporation operations. They will jump into a bomber at a moment's notice to go to low security or null security space. Contract or not, we have quality membership and more importantly, we have quality human beings who genuinely care for one another. You did not exhibit this in any form.
Quote:Either way, people need to be ready to help us with our operations. This is coming from me, I know. But I'll tell you what: last night I destroyed my HG Crystal implants. I replaced them with +4 implants, to take away the only in-game excuse I had for not working with the corporation more often. I destroyed over 2-bil in implants to show my commitment to this corporation, and I intend to show it.
What have you done to show it?
I will never stop flailing on the ground in tears of laughter over this. I can't. It speaks for itself. Quen.. you've been playing this game a lot longer than I have.. don't you know there are free jumpclone services all over the cluster?
And what happened after you did this? You joined us on roams with Condor Bar with overly-fitted Pirate Faction frigates and threw **** fits when you got them blown up because FC didn't make saving your ass a top priority. Condor Bar is primarily a T1 frigate bar channel, open for newer players to get a taste of PvP with competent Fleet Commanders. You were foolish to bring that Worm and even more so to pimp it the way you did. High sec dueling is not the same as low/nullsec PvP. You call us risk adverse but as someone fairly new to the PvP experience in EVE, you are the one who is risk adverse as Seraph so clearly pointed out.
Quote:Show me the contracts for being a "merc". The only one you took you bitched out of because no one would fight you, in Syndicate. You talk about contracts, but there was never a real enforcement of any type of mercenary work.
Had you actually participated in that operation you would have learned that the targets our employers hired to track and kill were scared of us. There was no bitching out. We decided that in lieu of targets to pew at we would rather solve the situation diplomatically than bore ourselves ship spinning and waiting for targets that would not undock. That is part of the services we offer, diplomacy.
If anyone doubts my word or any other Hades Effect members, look at my own killboard. Look at my toon's age. That is what Hades Effect can offer, not this slimey bull**** that Quendishir loves to moan about.
Stop posting in our advertisement Quen, I don't have the time to point out in another 6000 character post about how you're full of ****.

This character was not a combat pilot for the longest time. The only reason I have a positive killboard is because of one legitimate Nyx kill from a couple of years back, and someone from Noir Academy doctoring a second Nyx kill because it self-destructed successfully. When this character was a combat pilot, he was a frigate pilot, glying assault frigates, interceptors, and T1 frigates predominantly in Caldari and Gallente militias. Needless to say, I am familiar with the area around the Caldari/Gallente warzone. I know the pirates. I know their tricks.
For over a year, though, I have let this character act as my neutral eyes and prober in war decs. He has been a logistics pilot as well--he has Logistics 5, after all. That has changed since joining Hades Effect, and while I may not have the most kills, I have worked to improve combat doctrine and fits, and see the limits that people have when it comes to fighting.
As I said, I have not been the most active person around when it comes to corp participation. I can make upall the excuses I want: null sec worries me, I've been taking care of classes and moving IRL, etc. But at the end of the day I have to accept that I have not been active, and nothing can change that. Over the past two evenings, I have been flying with Condor Bar and the corporation, getting kills in low sec. I have provided a niche role in my interceptor, having provided stable points against people that threatened to get away. I have enjoyed it immensely. That is what EvE is about: finding fights, not sitting on an undock and waiting for someone to blink yellow or red.
Many of you I do see in high sec. You fly around in artillery ships, or beam laser ships, or railguns looking to pop people who go suspect. You are risk adverse. You are a carebear, and I have said that since Day 1. I have no respect for you because you are a coward if you do this. When you do nothing else, I have to fight the very real urge to blow your ship up and pod you, because I HATE seeing people with my corp tag acting like carebears. I join PvP corporations. Make all the excuses you want that you are engaging in PvP, but we all know that when someone looks at you the wrong way, you're burning away and warping off. You are a coward, end of dicussion.
If that offended you, I don't care. That's off my chest. We'll get dec'd eventually if you keep this up, and we all know you'll drop corporation when we do.
I want to see more participation from people.
Either way, people need to be ready to help us with our operations.
People took offense to this. How dare this upstart come in and tell me I haven't done anything? It was true, all of it. Seraph even admitted as much in his response. Hell, two members even left because of a lack of corp participation, and one was a director (who was supposed to be coming back "in a month" according to Seraph....two months ago). As I said, Seraph agreed that it was, and after corp-wide e-mails from certain high-sec bads sitting in arty ships shooting suspects he finally had to respond in a mail to shut them up. Posting that next post. |

...antagonizing one another. You aren't in comptetition against your corpmates. The competition is against external enemies. You should help each other grow in a positive manner. Why pick at one another's weaknesses when those weaknesses are all over ours shared? The immature **** stops right here.
I'll be honest with everyone right here. For a bit I may be able to log on only once every two, three or even four or so days. If you choose to act disrespectful toward your corpmates, Ezek has my full blessing to swing hard. He never injected the patience skill book and I don't think he's interested in starting either.
This is our code of ethics to be followed on pain of being booted. If that's an issue with you, I respectfully ask that you not waste our or your time. Still being a very small corp we need individuals of quality much more than any quantity.
Local - No smacktalking in local - Be respectful, you may talk but do so constructively - While on contract, observe radio silence in local
Operational Security (OPSEC) - Never discuss corporation level operations with anyone else not cleared to assist and come with us - Never discuss contract specifics with anyone - Dont hand out our teamspeak server details
Ransoms - Honour your ransoms - Ransom money must be paid by the victim in ONE transaction. If the ransom money is not paid in full, you are authorised to fire - If the victim is killed by one of your fleet after ransom has been paid you must pay the blood money back to the victim IN FULL
Communications - Be in the River Styx Pub to assist anyone coming in for contracts or recruitment - Do not discuss operations in the River Styx Pub - Alts are to be in the Shiez Kuzak channel - Be on our Hades Effect teamspeak server at least in Semi-AFK so you can be poked
Killboard - ON contract you must observe excellent ISK efficiency and stringent doctrine fits. Be aggressive, be adventurous but don't do anything stupid. Do what works. - OFF contract you may experiment and goof around but nothing stupid silly please... - KILLS COME BEFORE ISK MAKING - If a brother cannot be PVP because ISK is getting in the way, you will help him. No one in this corp will be disadvantaged because of ISK concerns.
- Corporation level operations come before everything else in EVE.
There were no mercenary contracts. Oh, there was talk of them happening, but at the end of the day, everyone else moved to Bei for some operation that was hinted at but never materialized. Now they're setting up to "take Molden Heath", which won't happen. No one has the balls to lead a fleet, and anyone who actually attempts a bit of initiative has their balls stepped on by Seraph and his need to micromanage everything.
Marines hate officers like Seraph, because they get men killed. They are unimaginative. They are linear in thinking. They are, simply put, ineffective.
I had no problems with these rules, except one. Aside form PvPing in Dodixie, I also ran Incursions. I had Balthazar ask me for ISK at least twice in private, and I refused. I don't hand out ISK except to my friends (I remember one year I bought ten people in my corporation pirate battleship hulls with Tech 2 rigs). When this came out, it was a not-so-subtle jab at those of us making ISK to support our PvP habits. People were being lazy, and they needed handouts. I wasn't giving them. In fact, the corp taxes were raised specifically to gather the money I was making (it was raised to 10%) because I wouldn't hand it out freely. My response was as follows:
Quote:Re: Stop... From: Quendishir Sent: 2013.04.22 18:35 To: Hades Effect, Seraph IX Basarab,
If people are having ISK problems, they should probably use their free time to make some freaking ISK. It's not hard. I've been running Incursions the past few days and walked away with over a billion ISK. It's easy freaking money, and it's not hard to figure out what to do. Join an Incursion group, get into fleets. Prove yourself. Do not expect handouts because we wear the same corporation tag. I am not buying you a fully-fit bomber because you don't want to do misisons or something. You have ways to make ISK aplenty, use them.
YOU MUST BE ISK SUFFICIENT. You cannot join a PvP corporation and not be!
This was th straw that broke the proverbial camel's back. I don't hand out ISK and should not be expected to. Some communist manifesto expecting me to wasn't going to fly. When I was kicked yesterday, it was for bitching about how the corp didn't live up to it's namesake (and yes, I have the damn chat logs saved). It was for telling it like it is. In return for voicing my concerns (something that Serpah said we should feel comfortable in doing), I received this:
Boosting Damnation
The Damnation I offered to the corp, free of charge for their PvP was destroyed by the corp, simply because I hurt their feelings. I voiced my concerns and bitched them out for their thinking. I bitched them out for, simply put, being a lie. I met the response head-on. I lost a ship that cost me pennies, but I made the point far better than I expected. |

Prove it, you lying sack of ****. I've already admitted that I complained several times that I was low on funds because most of my capital was going to build Hades ships. Nothing more. Never once did I ask your slimely Incursion carebearing ass for ISK. You threw a ***** fit because Seraph asked us to help corpmates out if they were having problems with ISK for the purpose of PvPing. REAL PvPing. Not your high sec faggotry. And if you had logged at all in the past month, you'd know that no one in corp ever had issues with ships or fits.
So, please. If I privately (hmm.. that's an interesting way to put it.. how convenient..hmm?) asked you for ISK, prove it. Otherwise keep the sack of **** lies to yourself and stop this childish behavior.

No one's feelings were hurt, Quen. No one liked you. All you did was *****. On comms. In corp chat. You called corp members out for taking part in activities they enjoy doing. You did all this while contributing nothing but negativity to the corp.
Cry about your Damnation all you want. You were given fair warning to dock up and get booted. You ignored such warnings and harassed us in corp chat while being ignorant enough to drift your Command Ship 250 kilometers off Dodi's hub station. You gave us no choice. You even failed at logistics, trying to rep your Armor Tanked Damnation with a Shield Repping Scythe. You fail at EVE. Go back to your carebear Incursions and high sec "PvP". Nobody "took offense." It's simply that you never did anything except write angry letters like this one. As for me admitting anything in a response, I'd love to see some proof because it looks like you're lying again. Also, which director left? And what two members left? And the mail I sent wasn't for any "high sec bads with arty." It was for your consistently stupid commentary.
It was worded in a neutral tone in order not to hurt your feelings but I suppose you were too thick to see when someone was bending over backwards to favor you.

There were no mercenary contracts in Dodi. There was plenty of lowsec/0.0 things happening but you didn't have the capability to handle that as your killboard shows. And our Molden Heath op was scheduled weeks in advance to begin on the 15th. Perhaps if you had a little bit of reading comprehension you would have realized that. |

Being a poster child for poor foreign policy and putting yourself in a **** environment for literally no purpose doesn't make you an authority on anything but that. I've met plenty of people that are soldiers and that are thoughtful respectable people. And I've met plenty of idiots that stumbled into armed services and shoot their mouth off all the time for no reason and probably did jack all. People that have seen actual action are at least somewhat more humbled by the experience than you lead on. So i'm guessing you were irrelevant there as you were in Hades Effect.

This was your boosting alt for all your Dodi "pvp" you did. You didn't contribute anything. But hey you tell yourself whatever you like in order to feel good.

Are you going to push the blame around and say he left because of us? The man doesnt even log into EVE, he has a child and a very dear wife to look after. Priorities. War doesn't determine who is right, only who is left.

Okay, let's look at the killboard then.
Let's fly a Pilgrim!
Another hajj inbound!
Let's try something different and use a Rapier!
In fact,I can find no killmails outside of the Damnation you AWOX'd where your corp lives up to it's claims and flies Black Ops or Recons. Stealth Bombers seem to be your thing, and even then only when the rest of your corporation is flying with Bombers Bar, considering you have been banned from the group.
Tell me, what kind of "covert operations specialty CEO" gets banned from a group that is doing what he claims his corp does? And why is it Bombers Bar, a ragtag group of misfits, has better coordination than your special group?
Now I'll admit, I went through the killmails for this month only. No Hades Effect groups where it's what they said they do. No recon fleets. Stealth Bombers mainly, maybe a Rapier or Arazu. But overall, not impressed. No one should be.
And i don't think you get to talk about killboard stats of the person when you haven't been on your own corp's Top 10 list since March, in a corporation with less than 40% activity. Now, make sure your group takes out a recon roam and kills something later so you can post it and say, "SEE?! WE DO IT YOU COMPLETELY LIED!". And make sure you tell someone else (or have someone else post for you!) who has been active to talk **** about killboard stats.
Proof. I see none. |

Quen...there's no such thing as a "recon fleet" because the concept is stupid. A cov ops fleet is composed mainly of bombers with recon SUPPORT. Nobody takes out a fleet of Arazus or Falcons because it isn't tactically viable. So yes Stealth bombers are our thing. Learning to read would perhaps help in your confusion as that's kind of the stated purpose of the corp. Perhaps spending a few months outside of Dodi would help you.
The proof is that you make claims about people such as Ezek, and then he denies anything you claimed that he had said. Then you make claims that people were begging you for money...no proof. Then I showed your killboard and the level of your contribution, and it was measly.
So it seems that anything not involving Dodi camping and whining is out of your comprehensive grasp. All you have is erratic claims and glamorous shows of ignorance.
Edit: Also no one AWOXed you. You refused to leave corp so we removed you forcefully. |

Quendishir: This really is bullshit. I had that plan worked out, I posted it, and it gets **** on by Seraph because he feels he has to prove himself to BB.
Balthazar: It wasn't much of a plan. I mean, "No Falcons" isn't much of a fleet composition. And you specifically wanted us not to use Battleships. That's just...
Quendishir: It was a rough draft of a plan, nothing more. I even said as much in the post! So Seraph ****** us out of kills because he has to command, not lead...

Quendishir: There's more than one way into Old Man Star.
Ezek Price: I hear what you're saying about OpSec, Quen. It was stupid of him to jump the gun like this, and he made the majority of the fleet Condor Bar members. I honestly don't know what to say. This is bad if it's going to be like this. You may be blowing this out of proportion, but I'll admit this is something that needs to be addressed. I'll talk to him.
Quendishir: Well, at least someone's paying attention.
Ezek Price: I'm a para, I know about OpSec.
Quendishir: Semper Fi, brother.
You say you don't do recon fleets at all, and I understand that a pure Recon fleet is silly to expect. At the same time, how many times were Black Ops ships used? Never. Not once, and I was there for every fleet, getting ready. Never once were we cyno'd in. We got blue balled, or people just started filtering out one at a time. In short, it made sense to stay in Dodixie until we got things set up.
There was no organization. There was nothing. You'll also note that I never said "recon fleet". I said Black Ops fleets. In Bombers Bar, your own corporation wasn't providing the recons: they came from other corporations. So much for that "niche role", eh?
I mean, a Pilgrim dying to a Proteus. That is incredible. Tell Escort to go back to staying on the undock. Thanks.

I really don't know why you are so obsessed with BB. I haven't had the time to fly with them for most of this semester. But I guess you've been frustrated over your little operation for quite a bit. The fact of the matter is that it was poorly planned and had silly concepts such as "no Falcons because it isn't honorable." Stay in Dodi.
As for your "proof", you can type up anything you want on these forums. You provide a warped reality of what actually happened. Condor bar was there...in minimal numbers with a few T1 frigs for fluff. Our targets in OMS weren't even logged in so we went on a roam. Then you continued to ***** and moan like an unwed maid left and right.
How many times were blops used? What difference does it make to you when your killboard shows you hung out in Dodi except for a couple times flying with Condor Bar. But they actually were used in Provi quite a bit. I personally don't like hot drops because it has most of the fleet just sitting idle waiting for 1 or 2 people to find a target. Sitting around doing nothing might be interesting to you but not to me. I prefer to use it only when the target is presenting itself.
So to sum it up, you contributed VERY LITTLE to the corp. All your kills are either in Dodi or on Condor Bar low sec roams. You had a ****** plan and when it wasn't implemented you whined and whined. You were booted after being asked multiple times to tone down your childish attitude culminating in your deluge of tears here. Now for your sake are you done embarrassing yourself? |

If there had been roams and operations, I would have been there. I specifically remember being in a Falcon for you guys in Syndicate during your first (and only) contract. A contract, I will add, in which you claimed "we've brokered a deal between our contractor and our targets and they are now blue". In reality, there was nothing that happened. You were blueballed and you didn't like it, so you called it quits. |

There were roams, and if there weren't, why didn't you ever take any roams out yourself? Do you expect a CEO to spoon feed you content? Get off your ass in Dodi and go do some actual pvp.
Somehow everyone else managed to get kills outside dodi except you (with the one exception being a couple condor bar roams you stumbled in and out of). So you have no argument here. You did pretty much nothing but whine and complain and now after getting booted you make fabricated claims about things you are completely clueless about in a most embarrassing manner.
So are you done with your childish tantrum? |

This guy def said it best (props to Break-A-Wish, love you guys and you guys are anything but irrelevant bro). Believe it or not, there are in fact very real and valid reasons that no other mercs wanted to work with you; this is a perfect example of one of those reasons. This sign on your back is in huge neon letters complete with christmas lights and a fog horn for visibility and no one is missing it based on your post history in the EVE-O forums alone. You/Ezek/Crazey made it a game plan to snipe other people's members, all-the-while lying directly to the faces of multiple MERC Contracts channel mods about it, including Noir's CEO. If you want the proof you guys so desperately demand, how bout a copy of your opening corp meeting I so conveniently found, in which around minute 19 you hear Ezek (pretty sure) make a point of poaching current Noir. members: http://bit.ly/1104mUz. If you need proof of poaching, well we have gratuitous numbers of EVE mails about that too, just can't post them here.
Their corp meeting is def worth a listen tho, a personal highlight for me is when Seraph says he wants to be the "next Pandemic Legion of stealth bombers."
By the way: "ex-Noir."
You, Seraph, spent a total of less than a month within Noir. Academy, the sum of two separate and unsuccessful attempts to graduate into Noir before you were kicked out. So not you.
Ezek did in fact graduate Noir. Academy within the normal time frame, after which he spent a total of nine days within Noir. So, technically yes, but not really him either.
In fact, the only person you could really consider to be ex-Noir in your group (as far as I know because I didn't recognize any other names in your corp) would be Crazey Monkey, who graduated Noir. Academy in record time and gave Noir. 9 months of contributions. He's about all the ex-Noir I can honestly find in your "merc" corp.
So do us a favor, don't drop our name in your OPs because you really are the antithesis of every principle we operate on. A good rule of thumb is if none of the 'ex-Noir' members you mentioned would ever be invited back, they either didn't leave in good standing or followed your advice a little too closely. Maybe both.
Thank you kindly for your posts, please don't stop the Pubaloo shuffle. That is all.

For the record, the only time I was "kicked" from Nova Ardour was during a particularly annoying time when, during our limited time in Amarr CrazedCC and 2ippy popped my shuttle, thinking I was screwing around on the EFA undock when in reality I had an emergency, and had hit "warp to" rather than "dock" from Ashab to the station. It was rectified after the issue, with both parties agreeing that **** was blown out of proportion (and mainly on my side). I'm quite friendly with a few people from the old NA that still play.
The other two times I quit to be with friends.
Either way, water under the bridge. It doesn't change what I said from truth to a lie. I think we've seen already that much is true.
As for why I didn't take out my own roams: I tried. They were co-opted by you, Seraph. You tend to do that when you get on: co-opt a roam and claim it as your own. Hello. Nice to hear from you again. I'm disappointed you've taken the misinformation you have been fed to heart and I hope that you would be willing to at least hear reason. I'll be thorough and I hope that I don't lose you in the details. If I do by all means let me know and I will do my best to explain. So here goes...
I'm pretty sure I haven't been as much of a nuisance to ISD as you make it out to be. The thread is pretty young post number wise and it has never been locked before, nor have I ever had any threads locked, let alone bi-weekly. You must have me confused. I'm more and more convinced of this with your claim that I have some sort of history on Eve-O. I'm a fairly inconsistent poster and most of my interests on the forum have been on the Marmite thread or a few game design suggestions.
As for making any game plan about sniping members from Noir, first I have to ask if Noir has come to such a situation that it needs to worry about any corp being able to steal their members let alone our new project. I think you over estimate us. But in all truth there was no game plan to do such a thing. At around 19 minutes Crazy makes mention of pulling some ex noir and noir guys. This was in reference to the members in Noir who would have been staying in Black Legion. At the time Noir was in Black Legion and a few members, from my understanding, remained there. In any case I don't see a problem with Crazy offering some of his friends the option of joining a new corp he was helping build. Do people have no choice to play where they want? Do you really feel insecure that a corp that was just starting out would steal your members? If so perhaps the concern should be considered internally. If someone else can offer your members something better that you cannot provide, the problem lies with you. But we both know that is not the case as Noir has a long history in merc services.
What had transpired was that Ezek contacted NA applicants that had been rejected or ignored. The two cases that Alek brought to me personally, I think a much more classy thing to do than this with all do respect, were contacted in January and they became members of NA several months after the fact. So I have to ask the question, if we ask someone to join Hades Effect, and 3 months later they join NA, does that count as an attempt at poaching as you call it? I would say this is an unreasonable standard.
Some facts are misplaced unfortunately. I don't think I referred to Hades Effect wanting to be "the PL of stealth bombers." I think that was Ezek speaking. I'm not British. And what was meant about this was the ability to mobilize quickly. So if your favorite part is when we wish to adhere to PL's nomadic style and ability to project themselves, great for you.
On the term "ex noir", I think about three years ago after I had been playing for a month or two I asked Alek if I could join NA even though I could only fly T1 frigs. He said that I was and that it would be no problem...until it was which for some reason happened. I was "kicked" out of NA after I had failed to post a Tristan (IIRC) loss mail. I wasn't familiar with the system. I was allowed back in but decided to part with NA after I had real life matters to attend to. So no, nobody actually kicked me. I had a 1 on 1 conversation with Alek where we left on good terms and I was offered a chance to re-apply when I had returned.
I don't need to speak for Ezek but the guy pretty much lead your killboard for like a month straight. You can belittle him all you want but I don't think that it will render much benefit to your argument.
Congrats to Crazy for his 9 months of service in Noir. But nobody is dropping Noir's name for any benefit. While I respect Noir's history, I don't exactly require the association.
Concerning the matter of bombers bar, I am flattered you think I started it but I did not. I was a humble contributor last year and withdrew from participating with the group more and more due to class work. As for the rest, I don't think you have the perspective to speak credibly.
So to recap, Ezek spoke with some people in JANUARY that were ignored/rejected by Noir, and some of them put applications into Noir MONTHS LATER. This to your leader constitutes as poaching. I don't think anyone can reasonably agree.

You never answered anything brought up to you but I will continue on with your other claims. The only roam you ever tried to do was a poorly planned "no falcon cuz i'm a space samurai bushido ninja" op where the targets were not even logged on. THAT'S ALL. Nothing else. And i've never flaunted my being CEO. Rather i've always looked for advice from others and I've always let people speak their mind, even immaturely at times as you have done. |

Seraph did not start bombers bar at all. Vengance inc. and Templeman N started Bombers Bar. He was an early member to the bar, who also thought he contributed more to the bar than he actually did. He only contributed to the bar when it furthered his own goals in game. This attitude is not what Bombers Bar is about, as we are mainly about having fun and providing an experience for bomber pilots. He was banned from Bombers Bar for many reasons though the main reason is because his presence was impacting the bar in a negative way.

I think I contributed enough behind the scenes to get some things off the ground. Of course sitting 30 off a bubble and telling people to decloak in 30 on 1 engagements perhaps seems more active to some. But that's neither here or there. My goals for the bar was to apply what was done in HED-GP on a meaningful level, actual pvp combat. People who preferred to run sites and incursions were bothered by that because of the possibility of retaliation. So I left, I wanted a pvp corp.
I'm not sure what negative impact I could have had when I haven't even been able to be active for the past 3 or so months due to class work. The accusation for the ban was because I jokingly spoke with Myo about shooting at a bomber bar fleet, something both Myo and I know was the case. And this was a trumped up charge by people like you and others who would benefit from it. You more or less admitted so much. Most of the people who "voted" on the matter were not shown any evidence nor were all the council members even present to vote.

I rarely post if at all on EVE-O forums but I felt like this deserved some clarification. Edit: Personal note Ninjaturtle your post made laugh so hard. I tip my hat to you. -Anna Senior FC Bombers Bar

I promoted the bar through writing and diplomacy. I was not as active at FCing as Temp but I did my part when I could. Again sitting 30 off a bubble day after day can get old.
And there were two major contracts. One in Tribute...which was fulfilled as was the Querious one. I don't remember, were you active there vs NCdot renters or Li3?
I left Venga and I had people follow me that had joined Venga because they thought it was a full blown merc corp. Due to different people pulling in different directions, that never happened. And how many people do I have in HE from Venga? Have you ever stopped to look? There was never any goal to steal anyone, there were only people I recruited in Venga specifically for merc contract work and who followed me out due to that.

I would just like to say as a former diplomat of various Wormhole groups, I have worked pretty closely with Seraph over the past few months and during his time as diplo of bombers bar he helped me work out multiple wspace operations with bombers, something mostly unprecedented. These operations, lead and organized by Seraph, gained him much respect in the wormhole community, and I would be more then willing to vouch for his reputation and the work he did for the bar.

However, the am I a sociopath test can help you in unraveling the cluster of symptoms associated with this personality disorder. Both adults and children may show some easily observable behaviors and traits that correlate well with a sociopath. Seraph Fits the entire profile
1.Have a cold uncaring attitude towards one or more family members? 2.Have problems sustaining stable relationships whether personal or in business? 3.Steal, play tyrant or resent authority when younger? 4.Conduct small talk about yourself? 5.Easily switch from maintaining a low profile to being the center of attention at a social gathering? 6.Frequently manipulate others to achieve selfish goals? 7.Are you sexually promiscuous? 8.Seem a different person when GÇ£absent-mindedGÇ¥? 9.Fit any stereotype such as age, career, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation and gender? 10.Is the personGÇÖs display of human emotion convincing? 11.Do you or the person have a bullying manner? 12.Is the individual capable of telling lies to your face? 13.Suffer signs of irrational thinking such as absence of delusions? 14.Enjoy acting on reckless impulse and taking risks? 15.Would you consider the person generally irresponsible? 16.Do you fail to learn from experience? 17.Does the person see himself or herself as others do? 18.Take things too literally? 19.Do you hesitate before responding thus making it unclear if he is lying bored or annoyed? 20.Regardless of his or her true standing in society, does the individual have an air of self-importance? 21.Do you or the person ever show signs of embarrassment? 22.Do you have a fairly high IQ? 23.Break peopleGÇÖs trust? 24.Are you secretive? 25.Do you joke about yourself or like it when people joke about you? 26.Do you have any structure in your life? 27.Can you spin stories whether true or false to captivate your audience? postbear / Foter.com / CC BY-NC-SA Am I a sociopath test can help you unravel other traits that may not seem so obvious. When you look deeper, you may be able to identify some overlooked characteristics that represent you or the individual in question as a sociopath.
Lack of empathy
The inability to appreciate other peopleGÇÖs feelings or empathy makes a sociopath parasite. You may view people as objects for personal use. Favorite targets include the vulnerable and the weak. A sociopathGÇÖs callousness emerges in devastating ways such as taking what they want, neglecting the welfare of their families and bleeding people of their dignity, savings or possessions.
Superficial Charm Rebecca L. Daily / Art Photos / CC BY The sociopath test may inquire if you are slick, engaging, smooth and charming. He or she may never get tongue-tied. The individual is never afraid to say anything. You may not be self-conscious or shy. You can be witty, articulate and always have an answer at the tip of your tongue.
Lacks guilt or remorse
Taking the sociopath test online can also reveal that being remorseful is alien to you. You can show a stunning lack of concern to anything devastating you do to others. Missing remorse can be due to a remarkable ability to rationalize your behavior and shrug off responsibility. You may blame others for the results of your actions and even deny anything happened.

Leading members of Bombers Bar come in and say you have been banned for similar issues. You say they are lying.
Members of Noir., a highly-respected mercenary corporation--probably the most respected mercenary alliance in the game--come in and say what I have been saying. You call them liars.

Anna is upset because I didn't care if our defensive wardec stopped him from his carebearing so he's taking his frustration out the only way he can, on a forum.
Noir's accusation was that we were trying to poach members from them. That's all. What part of any of that is similar to anything you've said? Your complaint was that I take over people's operations, brag that i'm CEO and that we didn't do anything. My counter argument is that you spent almost all your time in high sec with a few low sec roams, your one operation was poorly planned and never happened because the targets weren't present and that you didn't contribute.
I'm not sure how to better explain that none of that has anything to do with the other.
============
I suppose for some people explaining reasonably a couple people's complaints is worse than saying "lol tears" somehow. These are childish spasms that lead no where. I haven't insulted anyone and I think I have done a decent job of being respectful and explaining to anyone who wants to talk the problem.
In any case, Noir, Renegade and breaking wishes being upset with me isn't exactly the most terrible thing. |

I was a humble contributor last year and withdrew from participating with the group more and more due to class work. As for the rest, I don't think you have the perspective to speak credibly. Ohh you mean when you were stripped of all Powers and banned, Cam back on TS when nobody wanted you there, Then you try to tell Temp off and then "User was banned from the server" In that ohh so sexy TS voice. You then go on to threaten to have HAD3S to bomb BB. Your a sad little man and everybody is agreed with this fact.
My admin rights were lost once I left the corp. It was corp policy not to have non-Renegade Alliance members with admin rights, naturally. At least that what was presented to me. That wasn't the issue. The issue was getting banned because I called Temp out for trying to put politics in bbar and making HED-GP personal. The issue is that he fabricated a light hearted conversation between me and Myo, into a full blown tin foil hat conspiracy to usurp "his" bombers bar.
And I've never threatened to bomb BB. That is little stories Anna maybe told you to rally people around him. How is Placid btw?

There really wasn't a mistake in that situation. I got accused or trying to do something I had no intention doing. So if you're going to **** on me for no reason, might as well be a reason. And in the end what is wrong with pvp? |

I'll go with the honest and professional people who I know have a reputation worth maintaining. AKA, anyone in this thread but you or your corp.
The evidence has been repeatedly leveled in your face, and you stand here vehemently spewing bullocks about how: we're all lying, you never said what you actually said and all your intentions were all above reproach. However, considering how consistently you've burned your bridges, it is quite obvious how you actually operate.
If you want people to hate you with reason, just keep posting, you're doing a brilliant job. |

All this boils down to, Seraph, is you have a habit of lying. You have a habit of ignoring what is clearly in front of you, and trying to change reality to what you want it to be. I'm not saying that I am the most agreeable person., In fact on my application I told you I am a complete and utter asshat when necessary, that I am headstrong as hell and stubborn. I also said that if you can show me how what you are doing is better than my suggestion I will be willing to work with it.
You chastise me for being in Dodixie all the time. You chastise me for doing Incursions all the time. You say I contributed very little to nothing to further the corp's agenda. And yet I worked on the killboard, increasing our stats and, admittedly, screwing up with some losses. But while you all were talking, I was out doing.
I was getting kills.
I was writing up doctrine(s) and putting them on the forums.
When someone asked, "Does this work?" for a fit, I'd EFT it up and run it around in my head, and improve where I could. I did that far more than anyone else, to the point that I became the go-to guy for EFT warrioring.
You stepped on my toes when you took my op. You took an op that I said was in it's early stages and wouldn't happen for a few days because I needed intelligence gathered. I needed to see the times they were on, what kind of support they'd have available, and the chances of an escalation to a capital fight. I wanted to take the time to coordinate with Condor Bar, to make sure we had the numbers and the ships present. My only reservations were no Falcons, and no battleships. I didn't want that. I wanted to be maneuverable. I wanted speed on our side. I knew we'd have one chance to get it right. One. I wanted to make sure it worked. I logged out that afternoon and logged on that evening. You know the first thing I see?
Seraph IX Basarab > Quen get in fleet we're going to kill the Lokis in oms with condor bar
The same day. No planning. No intelligence gathering on anyone's part. It was, "They're on, let's do this." You, sir, co-opted my operation and ruined any chance of getting those kills (well, not for me. I managed to salvage that and lead a squad against them to kill them). What kind of mercenary corporation takes an operation--contract or otherwise--and goes into it without intelligence?
You seem to have an excuse for every charge levied against you. Respectable people--far more respectable than myself--have come in and said they have problems with you. Notice how it took me saying something to have this come out. Is this some massive conspiracy against you, mate?
Hell, even my own CEO has come in and said you're an idiot. He doesn't post, ever! He's the one who doesn't get mixed up in drama. He lets his killboard do the talking, and he's doing so well that his main is the Goddamn recruitment poster child for a null sec alliance! Think about that.
But please, continue. This entire thing has gotten you more views and posts than you would have gotten without it. Thank us for that much. |

Why is this being allowed to die? You called me a liar, Seraph, as well as your corp. People came in and said some stuff, now you want it to go away? We were having such a spirited exchange until people not in your corp got involved and embarrassed you, it seems.
C'mon, Hades: show me how I'm wrong. I'm really still waiting to see that.

So Balthazar, Ezek...why'd you bail around the time that Noir. joined in the fun of this thread? You were so quick to toss around insults and berate me when it looked like it was just me on this "crusade". I noticed twelve people have left in the last week, Seraph. |

And just like that, in the span of ten days the corp numbers drop from 41 to 16. A director leaves the corp for unknown reasons to join a null-sec alliance. Seraph is left holding the strings to the sack of **** he allowed to fester. His own corp won't even defend him anymore.
This is what happens when you try to hide the truth, Seraph. This is why you were destined to fail: you didn't want to listen, you only wanted to talk. In the end, that talking didn't do you a lick of good.
Anna, how much ISK do I owe you for you calling the failscade? |
