Yeah i'm on cox internet here in the US.... main site is down... the sub-domains work however.

Im on Time Warner in the US and same here can't seem get to the main site. Can get into the subdomains though

I'm in the Netherlands and can't get to the main eve-online site either, and even worse the shop is also fubar..
Yet forums and other sub areas work..
Looks like this is part of the connectivity problem they mentioned earlier...

I'm in the UK, I also can't get the main eve-online.com site.
All sub-sites are working fine though.

I couldnt access it either until i used the following http://myeve.eve-online.com/.
Once I logged in on that page, I could access almost the entire site, actually I can access any page that uses myeve.eve-online.com or secure.eve-online.com but can't access anything else.

Looks like this is part of the connectivity problem they mentioned earlier...
It's not a connectivity issue, it's a dead web server (or servers). You can connect to the port, and as soon as you send an HTTP request, it closes the connection. This looks the the redirector / load balancer is up, but the web server/s are down.
