I beleive relogging works.
Reboot as well.
That'll stop you whining on the forums for a short while

here is whut u do. first u dock at a station get into another ship undock then redock and go back to the ship u have had problems with and u should be able to do damage. This happened to me before my corp ceo told me exactly whut im telling u try that and if it does not work file a pettition.

that happened to me once when i finished training on of the new skills in space on the test server...

gonna try what Praetorian said... right after fekin node will come back up...

same problem here. relogging didn't help, neither did refitting. i'll try the switch ships idea later.

i tried above steps, and torps work now, but cruise missles still show no damage

I had same problem with missile damage not registering, CLIENT RESTART, solved it for me.
Also as I recall the problem started right after I started training the new missiles guidance skill, but once restarted client, it went awayàjust like the 14$ that comes off my credit card every month
