Hello everyone,
Verge of Collapse Alliance is happy to present the very first Etana lottery for the year 2013. The lottery will be conducted in a "Winner takes all" fashion, with the winner receiving an Etana Hull or the option of an instant 70 billion ISK payout. This your chance to get your hands on 1 of only 6 of these Unique ships.
This will be the 6th Etana leaving the Verge of Collapse stable. The very first Etana was sold at an auction, #2 & #3 were sold to collectors and the #4 and #5th were given away as a prizes in the last two lotteries. Our last two lotteries were a smashing success, you can see them here:

This is a very unique ship, its a logistic cruiser capable of Black Ops and Covert Ops operations, having the ability to use Black Op bridges and cloaking. The Etana will be a great boon, especially with that upcoming Black Ops buff.
There will be 4,000 tickets available at 20m each and the lottery will continue to run until all tickets are sold. You can keep track of your tickets at:

Please use IGB, same character that sent the ISK and click Accept on the Trust Request in order to view your list of tickets.
---------LOTTERY INFO---------
- Prize: Etana BPC or "Fast Cash" of 70bil ISK.
- Total Tickets: 4000.
- Ticket Price: 20mil per ticket.
- Dice: Chribba Dice.
- Duration: Until All Tickets are sold.
- Ticket Numbers: Ticket numbers are randomly generated.
---------INSTRUCTIONS---------
Please read all the Instructions before sending your ISK
- Reason: When purchasing lotto tickets make sure to include "etana" ALL LOWER CASE AND NO QUOTES into the Reason field.
- Amounts: Please send the ISK in multiples of 20 million. Any excess will be routed to "Orphanages of Zamunda".
- ISK Recipient: Gnaw LF (MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE "etana" AS REASON IN LOWER CASE LETTERS)
- Ticket Numbers: Can be viewed with IGB @ http://vergeofcollapse.com/etana
- Dice will be revealed within 24 hours of the sale of the last Lottery Ticker: http://eve-files.com/tools/dice/view/Etana_2013
Verge of Collapse Members are not allowed to participate in this lottery. All violators will be Tarred, Feathered and their tickers voided.

We are adding an additional prize of 250m for the person who can guess the winning ticket number, only ticket holders can guess and only one guess per ticket holder, if more than one person guesses the winning number it will be split.
If this is somehow against the rules please feel free to remove my post to feel some form of power. |

I am sorry, however we are not offering anymore Etanas for he foreseeable future. If you would like to get this one I suggest you buy out all the remaining tickets. |

How much for 5 Etana's? Interested in a trade vs some cov op, recon, logi or hac T2 bpo's? I have from all atleast 1, some double. Pick a few and make me a nice deal i cant refuse if your interested.

I dont know how many times we have to say it, but we are not going to be selling any more for quite a while. We are no obligation to sell anyone our prizes and as such we are choosing not to.
So in other words "no".

We thank you for your continued interest in the 5 Etana BPCs, however we are of the opinion that this already awesome ship is further improved by our very conservative release schedule. I think its a matter of pride to own a ship which is available to less then half a dozen pilots. Since we already stated in this very thread that this will be the 6th Etana released from our stable, we are extremely adamant that this statement remains true.
The winner of the lottery will receive the 6th Etana and that particular ship will remain one of the 6th released for quite a while. We will not diminish the experience, the expectation of owning a very limited and unique item in the game and we will not tarnish our reputation (or whats left of it, I'm looking at you smas) by chasing profits on the side at the expense of the lottery participants. |

I don't support your lottery, I'm not going to buy all the tickets as that will not give me 100% chance of winning, and who's to stay you scam me a few thousand tickets. All because your trying to make 80bil off a single lotto.

I am sorry to hear that, however our two previous lotteries have gone off quite well without serious issues and all the technical problems have been address so no one was missing any tickets, let alone a few thousand. Good luck to you in your efforts to acquire this cool ship. |

Again, I want to thank you for your interest in this ship, but like I said before this is a matter of good faith. We have launched this lottery with the promise that the winner will get the 6th of the 6 available Etanas. Releasing another one or five would be a violation of this commitment. |

What further actions? Why should the thread starter, who has done everything according to the rules and in good faith, receive an infraction due to poor behavior of third parties? You can see for yourself that there is a lot of interest over these ships and a lot of hostilities over our choice of distribution, your threat of further action will only provide an additional encouragement to the violators. |
