Hi
I'm looking for a corp focused on small gang pvp.
What I'm looking for:
 Corp size between 40-100 (less is fine if the killboard is very active)
No big fleet stuff / non home defence related CTAs - I find big fleets boring, I don't really want CTAs but of course I'm always straight there for home defence related stuff.
Killboard that shows activity - I don't care about efficiency, I just want to make sure the corp is active rather than a few members getting all the kills every month.
Probably nullsec based (sov or npc), if a lowsec corp can convince me that going -10 is worth it then I'd happily go there too.
Regular small gang (2-10) roams. Happy to fight outnumbered.
A corp or alliance lead way to make isk (be that an alt corp carebearing or something else), I'm not looking for handouts, I just need a way to replace my ships (and preferably my subscription too).
TS or Mumble based corp (not vent)
What I can offer:
Somewhat experienced PvPer - I've never felt like a great killer, but I've PvP'd a lot in null sec and high sec, small gang/solo, (I can link my other (inactive) character's killboard on request, it has the vast majority of my kb activity).
Somewhat experienced FC - I've lead lots of small gangs in null and high sec, I've lead some mid sized fleets in null.
Ex CEO - I've lead 0.0 alliance and small time merc corps for about 3 years and have also been involved in corp leadership groups. I currently don't have time to CEO but I'd be happy to help out a corp with anything leadership/mentoring related.
All Amarr/Minmatar ships fit properly up to battleship. All Caldari missile ships. (39 million SP)
Someone that likes to help out and likes to get on comms.
Somewhere in between GMT and EST (My sleeping pattern changes), I tend to be around at 4pm-4am eve time.

Going -10 isn't all that bad, infact, it's a great way of opening up more PvP opportunities, who doesn't like shooting at flashy people? Right?
Mind Games. could be the corp for you, we're exactly as you asked apart from we live out of lowsec, and roam in to 0.0 now and then. Also, our fleet compositions are fairly expensive and we're all self sufficient.. So maybe you might struggle there. (We do have cheap, effective options however, and will give you ideas on how to make large amounts of isk).
As we're mainly EU timezone, our play time is around 19:00 EVEtime onwards til about 01:00 in the week, and all day Saturday/Sunday. So we may fit in to your schedule some times.
There is no big fleet/CTA fleet stuff going on here, occasionally we may form up to defend an asset, but that for us just means a free fight, which is always good ;)
We are using Teamspeak 3 as a voice comms, and that will not change (I infact hate EVERY other voice comms now that TS3 has proven itself so awesome).
