well im very dissapointed, when a question is asked, for example " tech 1 drones, mining drone 1,mining drone 1 bpo " this item is a tech 1 and should be in the npc market,this is only an example, but as im a miner this is important to all mininer's. as the dev has sed. a dev has replyed once and he sed yes i loged in and they wernt there, they will be in after the DT today, well its been 3 days and no drones and no replys from the dev, i cant rember his name now it started with an O ,but this dose not enable confidence in the eve team ! even if we got a reply saying "oh we are having a problem with them it will take some time" this would be fine, but we had to endure 14 hours of dt and some lagg, and its not whining rember we pay for the game and pay for the wages of all the staff.i have seen mining drone'2 for sale but at 20 to 30 million each,for 1 drone not the bpo, in the north i guess they were from agents, am i missing somethig ????? and any one now when the data base will work ???? |

its because the dev's dont care about mineing, its that simple. its all combat for them because they dont mine, and they dont see the needs of the industry players.

this may sound silly but if we dont mine and manufacture you will be flying round in a shuttle, and how are u going to win a war with no ships and no ammo, besides the price of ore would rocket, and ccp only catering for half the player base is unacceptable, or am i wrong !!

CCP ignores all the miners. Right.
I'm getting tired of people who have no clue how to type comming to this messageboard and whining about CCPs actions and blaming everyhting on everyone except THEMSELVES. Learn to play the game. CCP is doing a fine job. The problem is on your end.

the thing is though, its stagnated, things havent changed for miners in a very long time. also there are no mineing drone t1 bpo's on market, whicth makes me sad.

However, I think mining needs a buff. The economy can use it.
As for CCP only caring about pvp'ers.
Right. You haven't been paying mcuh attention if that's what you think. CCP knows full well that everything in eve connects. What they nerfed (and totally correctly at that), is solo-mission running and it's disruptive influence on the game, and on mining especially.
The only reason mining earns so little is because missions earned so much. Give it two months and mining will be back.
Of course, some nice mining tools and content would be nice, since mining indeed is a cornerstone of Eve. Much mroe so then missions.

oooow common people this is depressing : all the fighters are going "This game is now mining only" and all the miners are going "This game is for fighting only".
Infact its neither : CCP has done "A LOT" for mining in the last couple of patches so what you're saying is pure bs.
Now everybody is whining about the missle nerf but once they get all the skills up they'll be back to normal except with the issues of having to equip different weapons vs small frigates thats it.

i think u are missing the point, read my post....., its got nothing to do with the patch itself, the patch is very good and its implementaion was very smooth, its the point of fact, dev " yes i logged in and there not there they will be after dt" clearly they are not, and i dont mean basic mining drone m8 i mean tech 1 mining drone's, there are obviously some instances when dev's dont give infmation, but im talking about tech 1 stuff......that should go into genaral station's like the dev sed.....

Mining Drone I's BPO's are on the market, Mining Drones II's are at the research agents.
I also said this a couple of days ago.

most pvp corps in 0.0 are self sufficent, producing most everything they need right there including battle ships.

Just currious what your theory is as to how mining will be more profitable with less people doing missions? I don't see the connection. If anything I see mining being less profitable due to more people mining and less doing missions.
This is going to be completely contradicted by the fact that the outposts, dreads, freighters are gonna suck every last piece of trit out of the market for some time but that has nothing to do with missions.

You are correct most corps DO produce most everything for themselves leaving only t2 production for decient sales.
Personally I think they messed up with bpo's inthe first place. They should have costed 50 Times what they cost now to buy off the npc's. If I wanted to be a manufacturer I should have had to save up for a long time to get a bpo of any type thus making the profession of manufacturing more of a profession in the game where currently it is not.
