As the more active readers of the sell forum have read. I'm trying to sell my heavy pulse II bpo. It is researched ME 10 and still looks like nobody touched it..
Anyway, i was trying to sell it at a blind bidding auction. But the winner of the auction didn't go through and the runner-up had already invested in something else.
So, its going to be another normal eve forum auction.
Starting bid: 1.7 bil
Bid increasements: 50 million
Sniper rule: 30 minutes
reserve: 2 billion
end date: july 17 2005

Starting bid only 15% below reserve 
If you change starting bid to 1/3 of reserve I will bid, and probably others too, and all of a sudden the bids start rolling in. You thread will get a lot of free bumps etc etc.
