End of EVE : Anarchy
When EVE finally does begin to wind down and the servers get scheduled for a permanet downtime what everyone looking forward to in the last 3-6months of play ?
I'm hoping they go a lil nuts in EVE.
1)All systems are changed to 0.0 (concord and all policing faction up and dissapear)
2)Rats no longer spawn at belts
3)Rats only spawn in complexes which are now x10-50 harder and can only be completed once before they never respawn again
4)Roids no longer respawn so once a belt is cleared its cleared forever
5)Agents up and dissapear also
6)All stations become conquerable
Anarchy is assured
The ruler of EVE is decided on the last day based on controlled territory though POS and controlled outposts
WIth final corp ladder of
Most controlled space
Biggest member base
Most ISK in the wallet
etc
etc
And final personal ladder of
most kills in the last 6 months
most isk
etc
etc
Could be one hellova send off before we all start our characters again for EVE 2.0 (mabe we'll get a charcter boost for being with EVE 1.0 for each year of subscription)
what are other people looking forward to doing during the End of EVE if/when it ever comes

I mean we hadnt still some features promised from day one in Eve and the numbers of players are all time rising...

I'm sure they will try to keep it as clost to normal as possible to keep subscribers to the last minute.
Earth and Beyond just froze all programming for like a 6 month period before they yanked it.

At the end of EVE CCP should give all of those poor astroids that have been hunted by those horrible care bears lvl 5 missile skills and a few hundred Juggs each so they can defend themselves.

I'd like to see the numbers...
Maybe CCP introduced more specialization in the hopes to inflate subscription numbers with the current playerbase, rather than go out and keep more new players...

How many of that 90% play more than 1-2 hrs a day?
I need 3 accounts to survive, 2 to make ISK, and Bhaal to blow it all on PvP...

It's possible to make a living on pvp, you just need to settle for cheap modules.
Anyway, I would love to see the last few months of eve being totally and utterly crazy.
And disable concord in the very last day

Oh so all of a sudden everyoneÆs a fortune teller.
HereÆs mine in no particular order.
When accounts fall bellow 30,000 the end will be near.
Eve wonÆt hit 100,000 till after July 2006
80,000 accounts by end of July 2006
20000 online is harder to tell but strangely itÆll happen on a Wednesday.
30000 online will be opening of something very unusual.

Personally I didnt plau beta, I have 12mil sps, Play about 3-4 hours a day, and always PVP. This week has been the first I have NPCed in about 6 months, simply because I just finished minny cruiser 5 and need to buy some HACs.
With the loot from like 2 inty or assault kills I can buy a new inty. MWD IIs sell nicely, so do t2 damage mods and any faction gear on, and t2 guns I put to my own use or trade to corpmates.

I think you all need to re-read that interveiw somewhere on this site, says 65k CHARACTERS not accounts. That came from one of the Devs I beleave.

What we really would need in the last 6 months of EVE is "Rise of the Asteroids" where the asteroids in belts strat roving around at the speed of inties, and do collision damage to ships. Just imagine the havok one of those planet sized veld roids in 0.0 could do!
Also, all rented slots in stations should start randomly consuming stuff in your hangar, and Concord randomly Concordokken's someone in every +0.5 system every hour.
