Hi all.
wondering if many people have been changing their setups since the patch.
interested especially in setups for a Rifter using bog standard t1 gear...

Only difference i have found is i took out my defenders. Not worth the time. not much use now to be honest. :(

Kestrels. a lot of people are saying that they don't like that they can't fit 4 Standard launchers.
I love using rockets on mine now 
more of a challenge.

My Rifter (thought not set up with it's race weapons) is as follows:
2 x 150mm Scout Rails
1 x 150mm Prototype Guass Rail
1 x Standard Missile Launch (to be upgraded to Limos)
Small Shield booster
Cap Recharger
PDU
MAg Field stabiliser
I had to bring my weapon upgrade skill up a couple levels to make everything work again though.
Might have raised a shield skill as well to reduce power use.

Firstly, I see no reason not to use projectiles, the "minmatar frigate" bonus offset any skill advantage you could have with "small hybrid weapon" skill being trained more than "small projectile weapon" skill.
Secondly, no speed mod on a frig isn't something I fancy: speed is your defense.
A "frig pack" setup:
high: 3 280mm, 1 remote armor rep
mid: ew mods: 1 turret disruptor/sensor dampener and 1 20km warp disruptor
low: cap relay & 1 pds t1.
This might need a named item to save cpu... never tried, but could work.

I've yet to test it, but once my Missile skills get to L4, hopefully the Kestrel's setup will be as follows:
4x Rocket Launchers
1x MWD
1x Webber
1x Warp Scrambler or Cap Recharger or Shield Booster
2x CPR's

The 400mm plate rifter setup is exactly the same. Just use 3x150mm instead of 2x150mm, 1x200mm
