I would like to see a skill where you can reduce the time it takes to reload ammo into weapons.

Why? Seriously, why? Is 10 seconds really too long? If reloading is such a big deal, fit a weaker gun that has more rounds loaded. You'll sacrifice some damage, but reduce the numbers of reloads needed.

for a 1400mm.. yes 10s is too long.
..but that's solved by increasing the clip size of the guns aswell... -------------------

Not really interesting enough. What I would like to see is a button in the GUI for "Reload All Turrets" - that would be far more useful.

If you do more damage and fire faster you shouldn't have to worry about reloading in a hurry. =) _-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_ You sank my battleship! -_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-

Sounds nice but would upset the amarrians (hmmm I like it).
But would also increase serverc/client interaction. Maybe a new highslot were you could hold extra ammo OR a skill that increases weapons capacity for charges. Better still advanced ROF :).

imho it would definitely _reduce_] the server<->client communication as instead of issuing a command 8 times to reload each gun seperatly you d just send 1 command to say "load all guns".
The rest happens on the server side after sending the client request.

I diasagree on the client/server load as more often than not it would be a case of reloading guns and not all guns finish cycle at the same time, need a fire all guns button then. If we have a reload all and fire all we might as well all play on a mac mouse :).
The reload all would benifit amarr/people who change range on guns, thats were I would see that being of use and reducing client lag. A reload all would work if it did so on all guns including those mid-cycle firing, it may work out then in reducing load and also aiding, so grounds there.
But anything that increases the reload/interaction will increase lag.
So given that I will say a reload all option would on the whole if worked right so that it reloads all guns, including those mid cycle (after there cycle of course) would be of benifit on many levels. A dencrease(*EDIT* I put increase - doh) in reload times would increase interaction and as such lag so no on that, BUT I would say a skill to enable you to increase the ammo a turret/launcher can take would be of some use and offer a more flexable compromise and actualy reduce interaction on ammo changes. Of course this would be of no use to ammarians So how about making it work in that it reduces the ammo space required be it in guns or in cargo hold. This could be called "Munitions handerling and storage technique", Say make this a Willpower/Memory based skill - balance up the primary/secondary say and have it give 5% per level, you could then have advanced one giving 2% for those that wish to specialise. Something to think on perhaps.

There is now a Reload All option on sisi. It works exactly like reload but does it on all highslot items, so if you are already firing something, it'll just reload everything that's not firing. Handy when you have 8 turrets
