The four corps that started it will always be the 'heart' of the organization. Hence... [5] refers to the original five founding corps of the alliance. Any corps who join after that may be in the alliance, but the "five" will always be honored as the founders. It's their alliance. They founded it. They can do what they want with it. - We're outnumbered! That simplifies the problem!
