Well, we went to the trouble of destroying their little, undefended POS and putting up a big, well-defended one of our own. Which they haven't attacked. I'd say that's a lot more work than they've done.

Im surprised ascendant hasn't asked them to join them, would make more sence to meet each other halfway & gain some worthy ally's rather than lethal enemy's..
I don't think any of us have *****ed at, or possibly even responded to (I can't remember from all these pages), NGRU himself, just others who have posted in the thread. I do know that most of us had forgotten he was even in that system until someone else put up a POS there and we went to investigate it.
