Anyway I almost quit eve over the split in xetic, Im against having anything to do with an ingame alliance for some time at least.
PH are a laugh and im having fun for the time I spend on eve. 
If it were that easy, then none of this would be an issue. As I stated before, ratting 23x7 is NOT contributing to ASCN's goals, nor would I think it would be contributing to any alliance's goals IMO. If you just want to rat, then something along the line of a 30% - 40% refine tax would be in order, IMO of course (not ASCN's).
As it is, we have built an alliance based on each corp playing it's roll. Every corp has a primary function. Everyone's secondary function is PvP, regardless of primary functions. It is a solid team, there is no room for ppl doing their own thing.
This outcome would have likely been no different if GDL were actually in the ASCN.
However, they are not, and are utilizing ASCN resources to make themselves richer. The tax will be assessed, one way or another I'm sure.

Are you kidding me you little tard? I was IN GRAYD during the war and you were inactive for the month+ I was in that corp. By my math I would bet you quit the game when the Curse war got too hot and came back after the [5]/Coalition war.

Danari, personally I don't like NGRU rix either, but I do know how he fights. When you have as much isk as he does loosing doesn't matter. I highly doubt he would quit eve because things got too hot, and if he did doesn't that go against the fact that he's staying in controlled space.

I quit EVE a while ago for quite a few months, i was inactive long before the war started and all throughout it, i didnt restart playing EVE till a while after this ascendant alliance formed.

Of course with our new tax exempt agreement on liquors there should be enuff alcohol to please everyone... although with having 1000 drunken ships stumbling about. Id hate to be on security patrol afterwards.

If you jump over to the CLS HQ POS, take a look in the windows of the penthouse sweet. It's the one with the big poster of CYVOK on the wall. You will also notice where all the exotic dancers have been hanging out. Girls like guys with power, muahahahaha.
oh, and I keep the marines guarding the gate in GHZ, they are usually to drunk to keep GDL out.... I should have then shot.......
