One of the share holders asked me to reword my last post to be more clear.
He also said and i quote "Just an idea, instead of wording your forum post as a share buyback maybe you should just say that you are closing shop and if they want their cash back then they should speak up."
So that's what im saying too.

No one is being Hanged. I don't even have a rope.
But i do want the shares back, and sometimes you need to shake the tree to wake people up.

One thing i should point out is, SH4U will re-open after all investors are paid out. However the terms, set-up and goals will be different enough that its best for investors to lock in their profits through this Buy-Back.
If they wish to re-invest in the new remodeled SH4U then we would be happy to have them.
We were asked what we paid out during the course of this offering, and the list is as follows
May - 9000 shares, 342m @ around 38k per share - 3.8%
June - 13000 shares, 585m @ around 45k per share - 4.5%
July - 14000 shares, 406m @ around 29k per share - 2.9%
August - 12676 shares, 456m @ around 36k per share - 3.6%
September - 9676 shares, 300m @ around 31k per share 3.1%

I'm worried that your OP seems equivalent to "I'd like to close my existing business. If you're a current shareholder, that gave me money in exchange for the promise of future dividends, I'm going to offer you a weeklong window where I'll return your investment. After that window passes, you'll be stuck with worthless shares in a defunct corporation, and I will no longer offer to return your money."
If a RL company were to make a similar declaration, it'd be correctly called default, or perhaps bankruptcy.
A cursory scan of your previous threads didn't bring up any "this is what happens if I'd like to close shop" clauses. If a shareholder shows up a week late demanding his investment back, what right do you have to decline and hang onto his money? What am I missing? |
