What is the point of having a signature that states one thing, and then someone ends up acting like a total moron.
People like you, *****ing when they get a chance, are the worst ones when it comes to "scamming" ppl. If u had this bpc, u'd still charge an amount no noob could afford anyways, only reason u're acting like a tit, is that u want this ship, but is too stinking poor to afford it.
Go back to the whiners on WoW. Plenty of em there, left the game because of those.

As far as i'm aware, NAVY items are only available through agent missions, (unless the amarr navy ships now carry bpc's in which case i better get a suicide kessie squad together for 1.0 space fun...) this may have been said in earlier deleted posts, but because of this i think the price is reasonable, plus if it cost him 1.3 bil from the agent its just bad business sense to sell it lower than that.....

The people that where buying them at the billions where the ones farming pirate complexes and lvl 4 mission whoring. Now that CCP nerfred the bounties, these people are less likley to throw around the cash proably.

Another thing, i happen to know soul really well. And i also happen to know that they are 4 guys that bought shares in this. Not to resell, but to build from. The agent that sold it said that it had 8 runs on it (currently being petitioned), turns out it was PE8 instead.
