Nice one :).
Though you might improve your encoding by using 2pass, variable bitrate, higher peak bitrate and more keyframes. ;) (Though you probably already used variable bitrate and 2pass). I know it's a pain to encode but it's worth it.
@Seleene just use fraps in 1280x720 or 1154x864. Start your project in adobe in the same resolution. That's it.

I think I used 2 pass constant bitrate at 2000 kbps and image quality of 100. The encoding screen said that the file would be ~70 MB with that setting, but when it was done it eneded at ~50. So that is something i can think of next time :)

I believe you need Adobe Premiere HD (High-Def) edition to edit at that resolution, don't you?
