POS Moon Harves/Reaction Help

Mercade	Posted - 2005.07.13 04:21:00 - [1] I've searched all over all the forums and I can't find the answers definitively in some cases and even remotely at all in others to some basic questions. Please I would appreciate any assistance in this regard. Thank you in advance! I'm suprised these aren't in the POS guides. 1. What does abundance change in a moon harvester? Does Abundance 2 create 200 units / 60 min instead of 100? 2. How much can a reactor react at a time? If it's only 100 of A and 100 of B to make 100 of C at a time then how would an abundance 2 moon be worth anything unless you stored to sell the extra or just lost it? If you have 2 silo's hooked up to a reactor each full to the brim with the components needed. How much will it react each cycle? Still 100/100 and make 100 of the final product? Or will it do some larger amount, limited only by the lower side of the chain and capped at a max? So that a silo with a harvester combo could work as fast as the moon abundance provides? 3. If you have 200,000 units of A. You have a Moon that produces A and a moon in another system that produces B. Will you ever be able to use up that reserve of A in a reaction or will the harvesting still going on of A always be the only amount you can use in a reaction with B. Should it just be sold? 4. Definitively. A Medium Reactor and Reactor both run at the same time interval of 60 min? Does a Medium or Small tower actually still change the times on those? On Harvesters? is there any issue regarding that that someone should be aware of? Thanks again to anyone who helps. There are no answers to these questions anywhere I can find at all =( I hope someone at least is abl eto show me where I was missing the answers.

Oh, and Smalls can only mine a mineral, Mediums can run a single simple reaction, and Larges can run a complex reaction. Caldari Large can run both a simple and a complex reaction. Caldari Large can run both a simple and a complex reaction. ] its just medium caldari towers that can run a simple reaction, according to POS calculator i dont have enough cpu to run a simple reaction on a medium gallente tower or is that calculator ouf of date?

I'm not convinced that moon harvesting array 2 is tech II, I would have thought its probably more accurately "small moon harvesting array"= Moon harvesting array 1 and "Medium moon harvesting array" = moon harvesting array 2, just that wether for technical(don't work, not a high priority to fix) or design reasons (Considered not needed) the ones larger than the basic model haven't been introduced. Or maybe CCP can't decide if they are tech II or not I don't know . ----- Apologys for any rambling that may have just occurred.

If you have 2 reactors running same reaction could they both dump into the same silo? Could you have 2 reactors running same reaction taking from 2 harvesters of material B and 1 common silo of Material A?

If I used a two component complex reaction, with two (from)silo's and 1 target silo with a reactor, how long would it take to produce the final reaction. ? 2. If I fill the (from) silo's would the reaction just keep reacting, unattended until the target silo is full ? 3. Could I have six silo's and two reators on one POS to double up production ? Just to note, am using a large Caldari tower and the larger of the reactors, if that makes any difference... Thanks in advance...
