No, a pendulum system is terrible because it means that no side can really win, so there's literally no reason whatsoever for anyone but the farmers to want one side to get a higher tier level than the other.

To Squirrel and Drama, the only system that would be "fair" is one that lets the Caldari make a billion ISK a day and stomp Gallente 24/7 with no risk to their own ships.

If CCP were rigging the game in favour of Gallente, why are we losing now? You think if CCP actually wanted to rig the game so that Gallente would win, a crumbling German alliance that failed in nullsec and came to FW to die would make a damn bit of difference?
