In an effort to consolidate our regions tech2 comp and reaction market, I propose we start to sort and gather our local producers both in items produced and weekly production possible.
This way we can start to provide any potential Tech 2 producers a level of certainty in the supply they can receive in the Pator area.

Based upon daily data gathered since the start of the Cold War, the basic infrastructure around production of construction materials in the Heimatar region would need to be developed before a high level organization of producers can be organized into an effective production group. Raw Materials, Processed Materials, and Advanced Materials just do not show up on the regional market with any functional regularity. Additonally, basic operational fuel materials have large gaps in their suppy. Minerals for basic construction of products are not even complete through out the region.
I for one hope that you are successful in your effort to organize producers as it will bolster the market and bring additional avenues of trade and production to your door step.

I currently have 2 medium POS's running in the Derelik region.
I'm currently mining Hafnium, Tungsten, Hydrocarbon, and one moon is producing Crystallite Alloy.
I know where a Mercury, Cobalt, and Silicates moon is that I'm considering putting another medium POS on.
I'm currently just storing up the materials until I can decide what I want to do with them.

This is true...to a point Cristobal. But the current lack of market is NOT a product of a lack of industry but a lack of a good source for Pator residents to obtain all there production needs at resonable prices. Once people start to show a bit of faith in the local reisdents to actually turn Pator into a regional market center, people will follow.

Also, I would like to compile a database of all the possible POS locations in these regions and the scan results for them. Knowing what ores we have available to use will allow us to know what ores we need to import.
Of course, I will pay for these scans handsomely.... ------------------------------------------------ Black Lotus Official Forums - www.blacklotusclan.com Contact Me - [email protected] |

Good initiative. The ISS operate a fair number of starbases in Providence and we try to sell all our materials, those not on contract, through the Pator marketplace. It simply doesn't make sense for us to to go elsewhere. We produce phenolic composites, vanadium hafnite, mercury as well as ceasarium cadmide. We have many more starbases going online in the days to come in the regions you mentioned so the issue is very important to us. Most of our contracts have shifted to Pator now on demand from clients. Perhaps we're just lucky...
Until further notice will continue to sell through Pator.

That is very good news Count TaSessine. I was contemplating removing Pator from my Market Watch tracking but your post give me hope. I have watched your activities for awhile and feel that this is just the type of infrastructure build up that is needed to bolster the economic foundation in this region.
I do find it a bit unfortunate that my structures are located distant from your established area of influence, and have considered the possibility of moving, but moving structures is a nightmare.
This type of discourse and planning is what is needed. I look forward to hearing more from you, Mistress D'Malice, and Beldaws about this initiative and would like to be involved in one way or another.

Please post your scheduled downtimes for POS's. Your transport schedules. Unanchoring routines and further plans to ease the raids of said POS's.
Thank you!

Edited by: Legra on 16/07/2005 13:25:08 We run 3 POS's in the Derelik region producing Hafnium and Crystalline Carbonide. We're looking for contracts but are also happy to keep the Pator market supplied.

As a T2 producer currently selling out of Pator, I would welcome any attempts to manufacture components locally. Currently I am using a stock of items I acquired from Yulai shortly before the patch, and when that runs out it looks like I will have import the goods from outside the Republic. |

We took our POS in Minmatar space down recently because the markets (after the Cold War patch) were no longer conducive to selling our products.
We are watching and will re-evalute periodically.
Interested parties may evemail our CEO, Illystin.
