No matter what changes CCP makes to improve the game there is always one or two nubs that gotta whine and complain like little bitches. The community has been pleading for a capital rebalance for a long while now...it finally comes along and all you can do is cry about your skillpoints "wasted" into skills you can no longer use. Cry some more. Your fault for training skills specifically for a single ship knowing damned well that things could eventually change. Frankly any drone skills you trained could be used for other ships anyway so there is no reason for CCP to refund any skillpoints to anybody.
