For those of you not already aware, today saw the release of a new version of my Mining / Production software Linkage. This software does three major functions,
1) Given a list of required minerals or a blue print (and the skills) it will calculate the ore's and quanities need to be mined to achieve the requirement.
2) Production - Given a blueprint the costs & sales prices are calculated based on mineral values, market price & factory costs
3) BYOM Prodction - There is an extencive section for 'Bring your own mineral' production.
This is FREEWARE (ISK donations always welcome), so please download and take a look . The next version to come (v3) contains a internet database link to a mineral & Item pricing index
If you have problem, questions or Bug's, please let me know either here,in game (Monkey Nut) or on the Eve-i forums. I will be happy to help and will resolve any bugs in the new version.

This tool gives me the following error screen:
The specified module could not be found MyDAC Trial version needs additional "bpl" files to be present on the user PC. If you build your project without run-time packages you need: dac50.bpl mydac50.bpl
With a lovely "OK" button.
Perhaps a bit of further testing is required?

Edited by: Monkey nut on 15/07/2005 14:59:37 Sorry my fault. A recompiled version has been uploaded. The MyDAC is a componant of the new MySQL interface being used in v3 to interact with the pricing index being released in that version. The error is being caused by a piece of code I neglected to remove, that functions correctly on my test pc's due to the bpl's being present.
This is corrected now :) The zip contains the new files, however only the EXE has changed, this can be downloaded seperately.
EDIT: Typos :)

"Trial" sounds like you might not be licensed to redistribute. At least not with the license I wrote ).

CB,
Your assumtion is sort of correct. There is a componant (the MyDAC) within v3 (v250, was never planned and has some v3 stuff in it already) that allows the interface to the MySQL database base hosting the new global pricing index & automatic data update systems. However I am licenced to distubute the MyDAC but when I started to remove v3 code from the app to allow this highly requested v250 to be released I removed the licence enabling section but missed the bpl calls. The version posted orginally caled for bpl's that do not exist, however this was corrected within an hour and new one posted.

Edited by: Monkey nut on 16/07/2005 16:26:11 hummmmm, teething problems in a rushed version. Any ideas which DAT file is missing. There should be
Blueprintdata.dat ore.dat options.dat v250.dat prices.dat
and once you have run the program and ticked that you do not want to see the starup info box again you should have
v250.da1
If you are missing anything (forgotten in the zip maybe) then please download it from here. The EXE file must be in the same location as the DAT files
