I have a similar setup just, just no AB for cap, and 2nd rep instead of armor.
I still use webber on inty a lot, most of my damage is 8 heavy drone and it seems helpful. Or can they hit inty without? On the rest of stuff it stays outside 10km and so I never get to use webber. I just recently got T2 repairer trained so maybe I can add an AB to my setup so I can get closer to web.
Working on 250 rails right now because using drones as primary damage sucks for those 30-40km they have to run before engaging. I think 250 rails would be useful to steady out the damage. Still learning though.
Anyways, been doing level 3 for weekend in Thorax. I own a Brutix but don't want to use it until I can fit medium turrets since 200m3 drone bay on Thorax is more damage for me. I in fact haven't flown the Brutix yet.
Have done Angel Extravaganza once and Silence the Informant about four times now. I tried some level 3 before but could never do them. The key for me was Hull Upgrades + Hardeners. I can't wait to see how T2 repairers are now that I finally finished that training.

For a long range set up with rails the webber would be useless. If you get within 10km when using rails then the game is already over for you. ===================================================

Kill missions aren't the only ones...
If you have a bit of indy skill, think about courrier missions. The main difference between the lvl 1/2/3/4 courriers are size of cargo, jumps needed AND pay.
The key is to choose the correct division for agent. Manufacturing never gave me a kill missions on hundred done. Base an indy for bulk stuff, a cargo freg for small. Run mission safely to raise your cash while you paid for your BC/raise skills.
Not glamorous but useful.
Thanx but level 4 missions appear to be in very low sec space and potentially more dangerous due to gate campers pirates etc than level 3 missions considering the cargo you will lose as well as ship and implants etc.
Level 4s are in 1.0 and 0.9 most of the time. --

I just looked at the topic and read a few of the posts, so I dunno if I'm repeating stuff or not.
I have 7.3 mil skill points (not much in gunnery though), and I used a rupture, and I can't do any of the harder ones alone (duo of death, angel extravaganza). Is that normal? Am I doing something wrong?
My rupture has this set up (excuse the noobness of the setup, I never really change my setup since I do fine in the lvl 2 missions):
HI-slots: 3 650mm Arty 3 Heavy Launchers
Med Slots: 1 Y-s8 carbon (or something like) 1 Azeotropic Salubrility Ward (or something like) 1 Cap Recharger I
Low Slots: 1 Small Armor Rep 1 Energized Adaptive NAno 1 Gyro 1 1 PDU 1 Kinectic Armor Hardener
Is this a bad setup? Should I use my wolf instead (which also probably has a newbish setup)?

Killer Rax setup:
Hi Slots: 2 Heavy Neutron Blaster IIs 3 150mm Railgun IIs
Med Slots: 10mn MWD II or 10mn AB II (DS Mission) Fleeting Propulsion Web Cap Charger II
Low Slots: 3x Adaptive Nano IIs 1 Mag Stabilizer II 1 Medium Rep II
8 Heavy drones - Choose right damage for mission or 20 Medium Drone IIs - Choose right damage.
Use 150mm on frigates, and drones on other frigs. Web Cruisers and use Blasters.
Get in trouble? MWD off and warp out.

MWD doesn't work in a deadspace mission, and blasters are not much of a help when the mission spawn is augmented with stationary turrets. _______________________________________________ "Is it me or the bad guys just getting totally pathetic?"---Clover, Totally Spies, "Hope is wasted on the Hopeless."---Mandy, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. Doing lev 2 agents on lower sec system pays sometimes the same as lev 3 missions in higher sec systems. Same goes for lev3/lev4. There are lower systems that are safer then others. And while doing missions you wont fly over belts where pirates might look for they pray. So whit a bit of luck you would earn more then you might lose. And if you can do 2 lev 2 agent in same system ...defo do it together. Fast missions will get your wallet richer in not time...at least for needs you have. And advice...be humble so money problem wont be a problem ..hehe

Don't be stupid. Of course you do. Those are small rails/lasers.

Not sure how to keep distance from Inty doing 2k/s in deadspace. I guess it is a waste for just one type of ship, but Inty actually hurt my thorax very much, more than a cruiser, so it is worth it on missions like Silence the Informant when I know I get one for sure right when I jump in, especially when all 3-5 ships are like 20km away to start.
