I bought a station container but i can't get the thing outside? The pass and config are set, name given and assambled.I assume i can put it outside since u need that anchoring skill for it, which i have to lvl 1. Could it be that the sec.lvl is 1.0 (Cistuvaert), cause i don't really see any other station containers floating around the base?

Hence the name 'station container'
Try secure containers. These can't be anchored in 1.0 and 0.9 space. They can be passworded.
Alternatively you could jettison an item, which creates a very large container in space (much larger than secure containers, even the giant). However, these will self-destruct after approximately 1 hour in space. Also, you can't password them so if you're using them for mining beware of ore thieves . . .

Tnx, thought it'd be fun to have my own little shed next to the base.
New Idea : Going to give the password (not the config) to new corp members (less than 7 days memb) and change it once a week so we can dumb things like the civillian mods and S-type ammo in it and stuff

Another problem,
I don't seem to need to give in my passwords for my containers? ( 3 small and 2 medium secured) Tried everything, new passwords, new names, anchoring them, opening them in base, outside, and i deleted the entire cache folder. In my prefs.ini there are 2 things about passwords, one of them is empty and the other was "0".I changed it to "1" but it changes back?
Anybody any ideas?

Password and Anchor them, then log off and back on and check. I think once you type it in once, it remembers it in the cache for you for a while.

Is there a way yet to turn off the autolocking of items put into Station Containers?

The above is right... but the next time that u login to play , you ll be asked to give password. The Station cans can not be taken away from station since they dont fit to barges...they work as folders in your hangar in order to manage your items better. rgrds silence
