Can you give us some more details on the problem, which drivers, graphics card etc. Then we'll be able to help a bit more.

Is your video card/computer not properly cooled. Over heating can easily cause graphics errors.

Overheating is not the case here. IT would have Destroyed the whole picture if it was in anyway a GFX CPU problem. Have you tried taking out you'r GFX card and putting it back in?

I have a problem too. When I am sitting around and I am not moving, I get these graphical flashes all over my screen.
However, if I am moving or the screen if actively changing it is fine. Gets to be annoying.
It actually starts as soon as I come to the login screen. My graphics card drivers are up to date, and I am using a Geforce 4 TI 4200 8x agp with 256mb DDR Ram.
I have even tried to fraps it, but as soon as I load up fraps and start recording, all the glitches go away.

i get the bug mostly in stations, white lines spread all over the screen . seems they are coming from the text. I then press escape, change the z-buffer and return to the game. this heales the screen until i go back to a station.

I change to W-buffer and it sorts my screen. I often also get total black screen when I open tins with too much in them.
But the thing is that it snaps back to Z-buffer the same second i close and heal the screen so sometimes I have to change to W-buffering 3-4 times if i'm unlucky.. hmm.. oh well.. had worse.. -
