Imperial Apocalypse battleship - current value, 15-18b ISK
8x Luther Veron's Modified Tachyon Beam Laser - easily 1b each
2x Chelm's Modified Cap Recharger (or whatever is best), 1x 40km Webber, 1x 40km Warp Disruptor - I don't know, lots?
2x Chelm's Modified Large Armor Repairer, 3x Chelm's exp/kin/therm hardeners, 3 true sansha cap relays - also lots.
There you go, the most obscenely expensive ship I could possibly think of.

replace the highs with 8 of the 10km range officer smartbombs, which go for about 1.4bil each.

I would argue that, if we arn't allowing cargo to count twords the ship's kit, then the kit should at least be a viable setup. While yours is pretty good, there is no reason to have two heat sinks on there as there are no lasers.
I say replace the two modified heat sinks and throw on two officer cap relays (chelm? I dont know who has the best...and EVE-I is so very far away  ).

i seem to remember that the only federate issue megathron was destroyed in transit to 0.0 by the curse alliance, back when there was a curse alliance. i also seem to remember that they didnt know what they destroyed  , it was awareded to doc brown if i remember... for winning the caldari race thing

Yeah I heard he lost it too, but I think he got a bpc along with the original, anyways I know he has one now.
Oh and yeah, oops replace chelm's heat sinks with chelm's cap relays, they're worth more anyways :>
