Well
There are some great ideas in this thread. Thanks for that :) But how do we get our ideas into OUR game?? And it is OUR game afterall. We all have great ideas (well most of us) But how do we get them even considered by the masters? Are the masters even aware of us humble paying customers who are not worthy! Are they interested in our ideas at all? Do they even come here and read these ideas? If not where can we post them?

I agree that the PvP element in EVE is somewhat lacking in certain areas. I've yet to encounter a PvP situation and have no desire to get into one anytime soon.
I do have a few comments on all of the above.
There is talk of modules to help pirates and bounty hunters track other players, no probelms with that, although, if modules are introduced to do just that then modules must be introduced to counter. For example, I have a module that allows me to scan a system for a player, that player could have a module making him somewhat invisible to scans, taking both sensor strengths into account would result in the player being detected or not.
My point is there must always be a counter active measure, as there are warp scramblers, the are warp core stabilizes, ecm and eccm.
I believe it must be kept balanced in that regard.

Vas, I agree that there must be a counter to being tracked by another player and that there has to be a module (and maybe a skill) to accomplish that. I think this module should be a hi slot module, forcing a player to play more defensive if he/she chooses to have this option.
On the other hand, tracking ability should not require a module since all ships come equipped with a scanner. It should require a skill, or maybe a couple of concurrent skills, possibly one giving a better chance to track at long range, and another a better resolution on a target's location for warping to (warping accuracy would be controlled by another skill).
