I thought with all the lowsec around eve could use more pirates. beware all ye scurvy landlubber miners i be comin to steal all ye mining vessels 
on a side note, gate ganking is lame so there will be none of that, just good old fashioned belt piracy (if i can find anyone to be evil to).
any suggestions on where to go shooting i've never had much like with piracy before

Check the little backwater near Vestouve / Aulbres / Gare.
Pretty quiet.

cumemare (typo) near stacmon, full of hemorphite and hopefully a few barges after the zydrine,
ostingle, 1 belt in system, noob npcer cruisrs go their
covryn, close to stacmon

Nooo empty, dont turn! The pirate life style is one you can never turn back from (true as it takes long time to get sec status back up), but anyway, GL with your piracy, maybe in a month or two i'll hear dreaded stories of your piracy ways.

YAR! why is the rum gone! i cant wait till iam actually more equiped to be more of a pirate, what is like the minimal class of ship to go around pirating?

well i went there and found only the good pirate fellows from s******dly, but moved to a different system and had some fun.
pirating is the funnest thing in the game, glad i made the career change in the end
