I must be missing something or doing something wrong.
Ive been to 3 now. Every time i get to the 3rd level i cant find the key. the only structure left standing is the impurity circulation accelerator, because i just cant kill it in my frig.
what am i missing?

THe lvl 3 serp comlexes are farmed by a few players, you might get into one fresh straight after dt, but unlikely as there is likely to be someone in there before you.

i have the same problem.. i sat in one yesterday for ages... the buildings, sentry's and npc's spawned again, and again, but the big one with the key did not spawn.

if you stay inside the complex the officier just wont spawn...

most of the empire 3/10 complexes are bugged like this because people farm it for the vigilant bpc's (the third tier overseer happens to ahve the best chance of spawning this) and hence, in busy sysyems it can take up to 3hours or longer for it to spawn.

I was under the impression that the last area is the boss area with the crazy loot space station and takes 24 hours to spawn after it's been destroyed, which includes the ship to give you the key to get to that last stage.

The second stage (take the right gate in first stage) has the Chief of Security, the third stage has the Headmaster. Both can drop the BPC. the forth stage has the stronghold, it drops the nifty (gistii) stuff.
The stronghold has a long respawn time, anywhere between 8-12 hours.
And as said: this plex used to be camped to death, but only after DT, for the stronghold. Now its constantly camped for the BPC farming. (yes i do that too, and I built my first Vigilant yesterday)
