Sorry4mypoorenglish! What are you even whining about? It was EvE, not hello kity online. Fist it's stupid, skill change for diversity, but now all old players will have all racial skills at V.. great diversity isn't it ? New player will have to wait more years to be competitive, strange for "PvP game".
No, it will take them less time to fly a single race's battlecruisers. The only reason they're giving us the racial skills at our current level is so that we can still fly the ships that we were able to fly before. What else are they supposed to do?
