Today I undocked from a station. I am in faction warfare and a WT was at the undock fighting another ship.
I know the rule, you do anything and you can be targeted. So I was at zero and went to re-dock. Nothing, not even a message saying why I couldn't dock.
So I went to insta-warp to a saved location directly ahead of me X KM away. Again, nothing, not even an error message.
The WT docked. Once that happened I was able to align and initiate warp to a gate.
At no time did I see I was locked or scrammed. Doesn't mean I wasn't passive targeted, but I have seen this persons fits and he doesn't tend to use them.
Ideas?
This thread has so much content it may be 'Thread of the Year' and it is only January.

Could be bug.
Could be server desync, but short enough to keep you connected.
But can't be a passive targeter.
Those things prevent people from seeing who target locks them, any offensive action (red boxing) like scram cancels the effect of a passive targeting module.

1.) You can ctrl + Space to stop your ship when you are undocking without breaking your undock invulnerability...
2.) If you couldn't dock and couldn't warp, I would assume you had internet issues and weren't communicating with the EvE server.... Usually it kicks you completely off when this happens....but if it was short enough you might not have noticed.... Another option is sever time dilation, but I really don't think this is the case...
