... and the Squadron/Wing Command skillbooks as well, as they are not available anywhere.
Why on Earth release modules and BPOs if the skills to use them are unavailable?

The BPO for the modules to use those skills are available from NPCs, so what logic would it be to have the skills dropped from agents?
Not to mention the fact that I flat out refuse to do any more agent grinding... As I said in an earlier thread, if I wanted to have little Elves and Trolls sending me on silly errands, I would be playing another game.

It's probably more like CCP being cautious and avoiding putting something on the market that could have the potential problems.. i.e. database issues or what not. EVE-Online isn't Microsoft Solitaire, you have to be a little more gentle than throwing a new feature in and seeing what happens.
Just be patient, for when the skillbooks do come out it will be ripe and sweet instead of fresh and sour.
