Yay, feels good to be back! 
I have been away from the video 'scene' for a long time now. I haven't made any project since Seleene and I made The FoE Contract. Mainly because I haven't had the motivation or ideas to do something.
I always try to add something new to the community with my videos, and I simply couldn't come to think of anything.
I know that based on some of the prior work I have made, many of you have very high expectations from what I release. That is also one of the reasons I haven't made videos in a while.
So instead I have been spending my time poking in other peoples projects. 
Some time ago I got hinted about a soundtrack from LLeBRing, which I thought was simply awesome. That started to make me get ideas again. But the RL got in the way and the whole thing was lost again. 
But this weekend I just said the h**k with it, and celebrated the start of my vacation IRL by making a video.
It is really nothing fancy at all, no spectacular effects, no awesome fleetbattles and really nothing new and extra. It is just me starting to fool around with some ideas that resulted in a video that is something like a hybrid of; "RP story driven"/action/PR -video (Ok, ok. It is simply shameless PR ).
I hope atleast some of you will like it.

A long time ago I had a dream to create EVE's quintessential mercenary outfit. I knew it would be hard and that there would be a lot of resistance, but BDCI was born and we kept at it. The Mercenary Coalition in its current form is the result of nearly fifteen months of effort. I owe thanks to so many people in all four corps for helping to make this happen.
However, it is Leafo who deserves every accolade I can bestow upon him. This is the man who inspired me to start making the videos that put BDCI and the MC in the spotlight. Even while NSN was still in PA fighting the Great Northern War, Leafo was spending hours on MSN with me, helping me learn the ins and outs of Adobe Premiere. He was patient and calm when I was ready to throw my computer out of the window to the granite tiles of my patio three stories below. Without him, I would have never been able to promote the MC in the manner I did.
As time wore on, NSN left the PA and Leafo and I began to realize just how similar our views were on EVE. I went so far as to ask him to join BDCI, but I knew he'd never leave NSN, and rightfully so. Eventually, as talks began of expanding the MC by inviting The Corporation into our midst, it was only natural that Leafo present the same offer to his corp. mates. Thus was born the final evolution of the Mercenary Coalition into the four brotherly corps that exist today.
As the MC went to war against Force of Evil, Leafo poured all of his creative talents and charisma into helping forge our four corps into one shining sword of doom. The new MC website, with the massive video vault of our combined accomplishments, was one of those things that caused everyone in the MC to pause and take even more pride in their organization.
Now, just days before my RL birthday, Leafo has given me something that I'm not quite sure he understands the depth of. This video, while it might not be an earth-shattering event for many people in the EVE community, simply puts a lump in my throat. With it, Leafo has captured the spirit of what I hoped to create over fifteen months ago. He shows the MC for exactly what it is and what I dreamed it to be. I watch this creation and cannot believe how completely right he gets every detail about the spirit and purpose of the Mercenary Coalition.
Every MC pilot can look upon this vid and hold his or her head high. This is who we are. This is why we play.
Leafo, you are the best, man. Thank you for everything.

Great promo video, Leafo. Seems like you have been toying a little with the graphic possibilities. All in all a vid, that would make it hard not to join, or contact you for future contracts.

That is from Gladiator but are you sure you are looking at the right movie?
That is the 'FoE contract-movie' but this one, 'Guns for hire' does not contain those.
Are you in luck and have yet another movie to see?

Video is awesome, as always. Only one thing is sad, you start with the Band of Brothers theme (ofcourse the best series ever), and then after the intro some rock (or whatever) music comes on. I'd like the movie even more if it stayed in that Band of Brothers theme.

I certainly enjoyed that one, and I'm incredibly jealous that you guys have the quotes that you do! Some great in-game PvP shots there - obviously they're far more difficult to get than the scene-setting ones. Did you employ filters, or is the monitor on this computer a bit rubbish? It certainly looked very good, maybe I should start thinking about them (grumble)...
Some minor niggles of course. Whilst the music itself fits the bill, it's quite obviously not a real set of strings. Yes I'm picky, but you can almost imagine the 'composer' pressing the different keys on his keyboard as each note sounds off. Also, whilst the text sets the mood, there is an awful lot to read. An image can tell a thousand words and all that...

Funniest part for me was in the end when Jules says "someone hit me with a cruise missle". He sounded truely offended that someone would shoot at him
