For the duration of our next contract, Battle Angels will be enforcing a NBSI (Not Blue, Shoot It) policy towards combat capable pilots in the Providence region. If you wish to travel safely past our members *, please contact Kodos, Dash Ripcock, or speak to one of our members in the public channel "BAPWN". * Friends and Allies of our target may receive a KOS request from our employer, and therefore will be denied this opporunity.

The CVA will return the friendly gesture then, and set you to -10. The end of your contract will not change this.
We will not tolerate your attacking neutral/friendly pilots within the CVA claimed part of Providence.
If you wish to discuss this, contact me or a CVA CEO.
Good luck with your contract. ----------------------------------------------

I would like to add that we will not actively hunt any pilots that we see as neutral, this statement is just to show that if we bump into each other (At a gate for example), and you pose a threat to our ships, or could be spying for our enemy - that we MIGHT shoot you.
We have a KOS list for this contract, other than those, not many others will be shot at unless we feel it necessary. I was trying to cover this all in one simple statement (NBSI).

2005.07.21 16:50:00 Battle Angels Inc has declared war on Slacker Industries.
All friends and allies of slackers will receive a -10 standing for the duration of this contract. If you are not one of these corps, feel free to arrange friendly standings with us to avoid any unwanted incidents.

I don't think I could be any clearer, please try and read them again. It is merely a warning so that if you get shot, you know that it was because you were a security risk.
Please don't flame.

I will shoot back at any force that chooses to fire upon me or my friends, and probably if you shoot at the CVA too.
But thanks for the warning.

We won't shoot you first, unless you are there wanting a fight or to cause trouble or to spy for our target. We have no problems with CVA and I hope they reconsider their -10 standing to us. In future I will make my announcements clearer in the first place, I wanted it to be short and simple.

Edited by: Krapz on 21/07/2005 18:34:38 I'm still not completely clear on what it is you intend on doing in Providence, other than shoot ppl whom you want to shoot.
Maybe it could be made clearer? Who exactly are you going after?
I find it easiest to explain "NBSI" policies when you actually tell ppl who is blue, and who isn't.
Besides, if you're being selective, then it's not really NBSI, is it?

I am sorry that you havn't been able to understand what I mean, I will try and explain it better:
Targets: * Slacker Industries * Friends of Slacker Industries (You know who you are) * Anyone who shoots us * Anyone who we consider a spy (Noobs, 1 man corp, someone who loiters and doesn't respond)
People who are Blue: * Coalition Of Empires * People who have contacted us to arrange this.
What we do to neutrals: * Haulers - Wave, and wish you a good journey. * PvP Ship - Ask you why you are near us, and then judge if you need to be killed, we won't chase you, only shoot you if you stay near us long enough to warrant it.
I will remove the NBSI from the post, and I hope this somes it up. Apologies for any confusion, the last thing we want is to upset anyone. I merely wanted to let people know we were operating in the region, and that we shoot people for a reason - cos its our job and we need to be safe doing it.

Edited by: Righteous Fury on 21/07/2005 19:47:18 Oh how I cannot wait, someone is going to shoot at us! You would have been better off rallying COE's forces and defending their territory, considering we've managed to cut off all of their 0.0 operations for the past week by camping ONE system.
If you'd like a list of all our friends to set to -10, I'd be happy to send it to you. But until then, keep annoying the locals. Seems to be going well for you.

We are available to hire after this is over possibly, until then I'm afraid you should look elsewhere for people who want your opinion .

Don't need anything that you can offer thanks , we do alright on our own. I have made myself very clear in this announcement, and have contacted a high ranking member of CVA to sort out the miscommunication, as they are of no interest to me. Now go back to camping that gate and we will see you shortly .
PS. No locals were harmed in the making of this post.

* Noiselessly floating in the amniotic fluid of his control pod, Marko's consciousness settled on his communications link. The comms channel flickered to life, and intel from his Helios pilot streamed in. *
"The scan results are in, and I'm warping to the coordinates now. Accuracy looks good . . . ah. Here they are. The Armageddon and Megathron are here - 25km away - they're not aligned to warp."
* Marko's brow creased, surprised in a good way. Usually things were more difficult . . .
"Angels, warp to the seventh planet from the sun. Stealth One, set us up for the warp in from there - take the megathron first. I want all scramblers except lactose on the megathron - lactose, you lock down that geddon.
* The squad assembled at the seventh planet, and reached maximum velocity in alignment towards the Dital gate in KBP7-G. A final check showed everything to be ready ~
"We warp on my command. Counting down from 5 - 5 . . . 4 . . . 3 . . . 2 . . . 1 . . . Warp to Stealth One. Warp to Stealth One."
_____________________________________________________________
Later that day in the Intaki themed spa and clone waxing post in Esescama, Marko met with his team. His thoughts drifted back over the destruction of the pirates in Providence, and settled uneasily on the podding of the armageddon pilot. Burning ships and burning men . . . it was something he saw in his dreams. His usual ritual kicked in to bring him back from that edge . . . he checked his isk balance. The electric green shimmer of wealth didn't make him feel better, but it reminded him why.
* He raised his glass to his teammates *
"To our clients, to our adversaries, and to our isk balance!"

Yes, you were. However since we didnŠt have a "contract" on your corp, war decleration wise, we could only go after you in 0.0. Fate hasnŠt allowed us to be in 0.0 at the same time as you guys yet, but I am sure both sides are looking forward to the experience

We will keep you at -10 until our contract with CoE has finished.
If you think this is in error, and you are not going to be aggressing members of CoE now that your contract has ended, please contact a member of Battle Angels to straighten it out. We have no interest in the destruction of innocents. Please also contact Norrinas or a member of CoE to get your standings with them straightened out as well, if you wish to lose the -10 tag and prevent an incident that Battle Angels would have to get involved in.
It will take some work on your part to initiate the peace process after your contract, but both Battle Angels and CoE will appreciate your efforts and professionalism in doing so.

The contract in this region is now over. Battle Angels is taking a small period of time to relax and have fun before our next big contract, this may involve some incurions into Providence.
All standings will be reset to 0.0, however we realise that those we were hired to shoot may still have us at -10, and attack us - this is fine, but don't expect us to roll over and die .
Results will be published soon in the correct forum. Thanks for the fun.
