I can honestly say that Motaka's setup works a treat which is why I set mine up the same \o/
Well almost the same apart from his posh boost amp and hardeners and it works very very well for lvl4's 
Its a shame I cant get a really good setup to work on the Cerberus tho

4x Tech II 250mm Railguns
2x Tech II Heavy Missle Launchers
Med:
1x Tech II Medium Shield Booster
2x Hardeners of your choise (Im going to T2 soon, will fit)
2x T2 (or the best you have) Cap Rechargers
Low:
4x Tech II Magnetic Stabilizers
Needed Skills
Level 4 Adv Weapon Upgrades
Notes: Working on T2 Hardeners (just too lazy to buy them now) and a Gisti Shield BoosterShould make this ship nearly unstopable. Its a PVE setup ship and with the new Resistance changes its going to need an update.

Wrecks for around 760 with Neutrons/620 with 250's. Shield booster runs all day long, currently 127 shields for 11.96 cap every 2 seconds.
I see another post with an invulnerability field, I can get a DG one with 37.5% across the board would that be better, or should i use what you have on - I am guessing the hardener is rat specific or are you using an explosive one?
Also whats the stats on the kaikka's amp, affordable amps would be around 100mill+ I take it this is not even close to the cost of Kaikka's.

Just picked up an Eagle. Anyone have a good Mission runner setup for Post-RMR?

Me npc setup i use vs serpentis rats is atm:
HI:
-2x T2 heavy launchers
-4x neutron T2 blasters
MED:
-1x med T2 shieldbooster
-1x invul field T2
-1x 10nm AB T2
-1x cap rech T2
-1x X5 proto web
LOW:
-2x mag field stab T2
-2x PDU T2
Can handle any ratspawn with ease ,got wreckings past 750damage with 3.07 sec rof
