understand, intel, people often bid under the starting at the beggining, if the starting bid is high, as its an auction, not a sale, and so that the seller will have a option should his requirements not be reached.

i hear what your saying but its not even an option, if i ask for a starting bid of 1B nething below is pointless.
I picked up this ace book today everyone rates it as a must buy for the budding military genius, tho ive decided to rename it as "Sun Tzu's art of the bloody obvious" |

Im sorry if my bid of 750m caused such outrage, but seeing at the time, there were precisely zero bids on the table, I didnt see the harm - many many auctions start in the same way.
I find your total lack of manners as a seller to be pretty low.
Yes there may have been a sale at 2bn recently, and there were many more ECM BPOs being sold before that at around 3.5bn. This tells you the backside is dropping out of this part of the market.
I will bid 1.25bn if you can bear to accept it

The bid is acceptable, i was a bit annoyed as the auction is clear, no lack of manners or outrage, either way i did jump in where normally i would show restraint, please accept my apologies.
