Saturday 23 July 2005, 03:14 EVE time X-Factor Industries launches what is most probably the first Capital Ship into the vast EVE galaxy; a Gallente "Obelisk" class freighter.
The blueprints to build this behemoth were a corporate investment. Multiple blueprint originals were purchased to reduce the time needed to build the components that were required. After a short period of research (Material Level 1), the components were build.
This first production run was made possible using the assets of yours truly. As such it is not only the first capital ship, but also the first privately owned one.
This ship will be used to lighten the logistics involved in producing the next vessels of its kind, though it will likely serve as trade and contract hauling vessel as well, to get the most out of this literally giant investment.
Pricing and sales scheme for subsequent vessels will probably find its way on the forums SoonÖ
Entity, CEO - X-Factor Industries
(PS: this ship is not for sale)

"Very Cool" just about sums it up for me too. ---------------------------------
The forums are so much smoother if you just don't read any posts by [UDIE]. More specifically Shin Ra's. |

Fun facts:
It's slow. In fact.. it's so slow.. you could get a coffee or two before you're in the next system.
Warp speed: 0.6666 AU/second Acceleration: 46 seconds to warp

That would be absolutely excellent for scanning midwarp safespots

What is the ship's name? Certainly, you have given some thought to this, as such a ship should not bear the name, "Entity's Gallente Frieghter".

Indeed. As such it has been named...
