could you please tell us whats going on`? or if you dont know then just tell us you dont.. please give out some information to all us ppl.

I agree, any information will doo. If you dont know tell us , if you know tell us.This server restarting is a temporary solution.It is better to shutdown the Server than messing with people like that.

They won't tell you, they won't communicate. The only message you'll ever get on this topic will be along the lines of "sorry, server problems". You'll get that message before, during and after the fact. Face it, they don't know how to fix it: this great "10,000 players on one shard" is a fallacy.
Three nights in a row this game has been unplayable - the only difference is that lastnight they re-booted the server in good time.
Plus, don't even dream that they'll offer you any kind of recompense for taking your money and providing you with **** all in return.
Normally I'm a calm and polite individual, but their attitude to customer support just beggars belief. For shame, CCP!

Even though we were running fine and stable at 10-11k players pre-cold war? PFft, I highly doubt that's the issue. ------------

12,000 players wasn't a problem back in march. But thats beside the point - odds are that they won't post what the problem is because they don't know what it is right now. At least one time in the past they posted after the fact what hte issue was and how they fixed it though, I suspect that we'll find out some description of what hte problem is, but lets be honest - do we really need to know precisely whats wrong so long as its fixed?

well, I'd like to know what is happening too.
But I don't agree that CCP has a bad customer support. They usually fix the problem quite fast and tell us what happened.

I'm not bothered about a refund for my hard earned cash, but a token gesture like Motion Prediction level 5 would be nice
