I need advice on how to take down a deimos i dont fly any t2 ships but i do fly all the tech 1 gallente ships including the the mega and also i can use tech1 caldari ships up to the ferox so what ship should i use and what setup?

1. you need to stop him from destroying your ship.
so you 'll have to tank his damage (hardners + repairers / boosters) or in the case of a diemos, keep him away with webbers(he'll still do damage though). The other solution would be jamming, if he cant lock you he cant kill you, his 10 med drones can still hit though. but those dont hurt so bad.
What also works is bleeding him dry, hybrids dont do much without cap, nor will he be able to defend himself without it. a few heavy nosses work wonders to kill a cruisers cap.
2. you need to kill him. deimos's dont take em/explosive damage very well. use the right ammo, kill his cap.
All i want for cristmas is a typhoon with launcher rof bonus :) |

so a Dominix loaded with Heavy Nos should do wonders for you

Use a battleship. You know he'll be doing mostly kinetic & thermal damage, so tank against that and don't worry too much about whatever his drones will do. Then use nosferatus to suck him dry, or target jam him, or both -- make sure to web and warp scramble him, and swat him like a fly. Use Berserker drones. The Dominix is a better idea here because it has more med slots. He'll have no chance.

Fly a Ferox
5x Fit EM missiles (NOT rails, those wont do much), 2x nos and EM drones
MED: webber, scrambler, 3x gallente racial ECM (ion)
LOW: all the rcu u need to fit the heavy missiles and NOS, rest ballistic dmg mods
He wont be able to lock you, he will lunch his drones at you, just target them and kill them first, then finish him.

better make sure you use a 90% webber, otherwise he'll be able to mwd out of your web/nos range.

use beserker heavy drones
he will die quick

Dont forget: webs, 20km warp scrambler. He did say that he wanted the deimos dead. :)

All you need is BS, 2 nosfs and a cap neutralizer, rest you can fill with civilian guns. Don't forget web(possibly 2) & scram.

heavy NOS means the deimos dies, in fact it usually means the death of any HAC/cruiser/frig.
my other char uses a deimos and it the one thing that REALLY causes me some issues.
d solo.

Nosses are hell for Deimos. Soon after I got mine, I did a stage-fight against Istvaan Shogaatsu's Sacrilege, who had it fitted with nossers. Sure, he did **** all damage, meaning it took a loooong time to chip away at my shield and armor, but I could do nothing in the meantime but try to squeaze in armor rep cycles between his nossing.

Yes, fot a domi woth one heavy neutraliser and two heavy nosses. Rest is up to you.
Fly, in, web, scramble, neut and nos, and send out the drones.
