Hello,
With all the changes and new ships that have been added I'm a little lost. What are the best T1 Snipers out of Cruisers and Destroyers? What builds do you use?

Caldari destroyers I believe are the choice for sniping. One for missiles and the other for rails.
Dunno about cruisers though. HML Caracal? |

Thrashers and coercer's still do a decent job at sniping.

Beam Coercers molest small ships at any range within 40km. You don't even need a point, they melt that fast  |

Rail cormorant with full sniper fit will reach 100 km easy. The DPS and alpha are in the railgun range, but your range is awesome for a destroyer.
Also, HM caracal has the best range of almost all cruisers, if you find someone to point your target for the 8 secs HM flight time. |

arty fit ruptures are also decent just make sure you got some tracking mods on also. |

I use a HML Navy Caracal to help friends get Faction in Lvl 3s. It's insanely OP TBH.
