Spam levels are very high in trade hubs like Jita. I'd like to see it reduced and made a list of possible fixes. Feel free to add anything you think may help, and ignore all the trolls below, they bark but won't bite 
This is based on that spammers keep creating new accounts and people have to keep blocking them every day. I suppose they don't pay for the accounts they use to spam.
- Disable chat for trial accounts in all channels except HELP and CORP
- Disable trading window initiated by trial accounts

Right click spammer, block, done. Try it, you'll be surprised how few spammers there really are making the chat speed by like it does. |

I wasn't talking about workarounds. I do block people every day, and spammers create new trials accounts every day to keep spamming the same **** over and over so I have to keep blocking them day after day. Blocking IS NOT A SOLUTION, it's only a temporary workaround. I'm trying to find a solution here, if you have a better idea please post it, but no workarounds please.

Not to mention that most of the spammers are scammers which can't be done effectively on a trial account as far as I know. Plus, I fail to see how this is enough of a problem to warrant dev time. Besides, this would lessen the enjoyment of scammers and reduce the success rate of their scams. Please, think about the poor scammers. |

Sorry but you obviously didn't understand, I'm not talking about newbies (I'm kind of a newbie myself) but of trial accounts.
But you may have a good point there on cycling alts on paid accounts. How often can you delete an alt and create a new one?

I believe you can technically recycle an alt every 24 hours. That often is usually frowned upon though. |

Well every time I'm selling a ship I always get trade requests from accounts that are less than 2 days old. I block them but they keep coming with newer accounts.
This would indeed reduce the scamming success rate, but scammers can keep scamming if they really want to, it just won't be as easy.

Ok if that's true then my solution won't work, so I'll do some research on this. Thanks for your help.
I understand that some people just accept spamming as something unavoidable and forget about it, but this is a big issue to me and I find it really annoying... I'd love to have an Adblock for EVE...

Now allowing trial to post in local is pretty bad.
Local is often the first channel to talk to the guy you juzst saw in belt or whatever and should be usable by trials to help them get into the game easier and find people to play with.
There should be better option to fix a Jita problen than annoying people all over eve. |

The only thing I want is ability to export blocked list. I've got several hundred blocked on my main and would love to do the same on my alts in just a few clicks. |
