5 days ago i succeded in logging for the last time,i petitioned ccp and they told me to check with my isp,ofc i sent them the tracert, seems like there's is some kind of problem with isp's.problem is tracert showed me problems very few times, while in 90% of tests i got very good ping. does anyone else have the same problem?,my client hangs while logging, while doing "got units" and doesnt load anymore.i dont think am stuck:-) but i cant find any other solution,or my isp(ie the guy i spoke with doesnt know a damn thing and he lied) or something else is going on.i can log normally on eve-online site now,i had problems logging for lot of times in past few days. i can log on test servers but i suppose TQ and Sisi are not in the same place. i tried http tunnel with sockscap tring to go around some proxies but nothing helps.i uninstalled my firewall, win sp1 and updates, tried clean install of eve and still no go! needless to say i lost 5days of skill training,a small tool would be helpfull to change the skills without having to log into eve but hell,ok we discussed about it for many times and the answer was no! so what do you suggest to do? did you have the same problems?

My pal was having this problem too.. the GM's told him to send tracerts and all of that jazz.. But he said it happen'd after a patch.. I suggested he flush the eve directory and install the gameagain ..
He did and now he's back in game. He was using 2 installs.. a full CD one, and also a patch'd one.. I wonder if one of the patches had a slight bug .. But my suggestion would be to back up your settings/cache folder.. Delete the eve folder.. and reinstall.

Actually, just back op the settings folder in your cache, and delete your cache. Try that first.

Flushing cache won't solve your problem.
Reinstall, delete all BMs and EVE-mails (both causes hell of a lot lag).
Enjoy :D
And hey.. 5 days skill training.. well.. after 2 years that will sum it up to what? 0.8% total? not a real loss now is it
