For FIX itself being rich, I have a pretty good handle on what corps have what assets, and how FIX itself is set for reserves. Not rich  Most of us are too lazy to go make money, that is a pastime that requires effort.
Not a flame, but then wtf do you guys do all day? You aren't really pvping vs anyone it seems besides the odd raid into curse once a week. If you aren't mining/NPCing, what ARE you doing?
And FA is definatly the richest alliance, even though they own no territory now. If they can afford to have a policy giving a billion to corps that pvp then I think they are pretty well off.
Let's just call it "Team Building Excercises" shall we?
I'm sure that when you start talking wealth in alliances you would have to evaluate their ability to quickly generate wealth in order to find out who is the "wealthiest." As it is, any alliance who honestly spends the majority of their time specifically acquiring wealth is either dead, dying or endangered.
With a well balanced alliance, every single free second of time is spent with the "management" types trying to make everyone be friendly and stay unified.
