The new Missile Skills are very buggy
I have Torpedo Specialisation lvl2. Yesterday i fitted a Siege Tech II Launcher, the ROF from the Siege Tech II is 10,63sec and from my Arbalest Siege also 10,63 BUG Nr.1
And i see now Difference betwen the other Guided Skill from lvl1 to lvl4
The most new Missileskills are ineffective...

you see the differences only when you klick on the fitted missiles in your fitting screen and make show info there.
If you make show info on your missiles in your cargo you will only see the normal stats.

Hmm, what is base rof of torp then? :P True TII ones are buggy.
I just prefer that all have good time here. |

The last I heard, all of the missile specialisation skills give a bonus to both T1 and T2 launchers.
So it's not that you're not getting a bounus to your T2 siege, but that you're also getting it on the Arbalest.

i show this in my Fitting Screen
The Specialization Skills are buggy.... i talk to other People, they have the same Prob...
Guided Missile Precision, Target Navigation Prediction are also without Effect
Great new buggy Skills thx CCP

Well Guided Missile Precision shouldn't have an effect on torpedoes, as it's only for standard, heavy and cruise missiles.

I have trained both Missile Bombardment and Missile Projection to level 2. By my calculation (which could be totally wrong ), my missiles should now be able to hit at 81K. However, my heavy missiles still only travel to 56K, which is the same as if I have not trained any skills at all !
These missile skills are not "buggy", they are completely and utterly broken (i.e. they have no effect at all)

The new missle skills all seem to work. Torpedo Spec, decreases rof for both T1, and T2 Siege launchers, So does Cruise missle specilization. I tried both for T1, and because arblast and T2 have the same base ROF they will have the same Rof after skills are taken into account.

How are they bugged, jsut stating that something might not be right is not useful.
How about something that demonstrates what is wrong, and a precise description. Something that say would be useful as a bug report ?

Guys plase learn to read before post stupid questions. Where in this description, do you only sea T2 lauchers?
Specialist training in the operation of advanced siege launchers. 2% bonus to siege launcher rate of fire per level.

They are not working as they should. I have checked my rof on the assault launcher techII:s I have installed, and it have stayed exactly the same... first at lvl 1 standard missile spec, lvl 2 and now lvl 3. That is with the exact same fitting.
Just filed both a petition and a bug report
