Not the missile explosion speed...
Not the effect on sig rad...
Not the WAAAAAA WHY DOES MY TORP DO LESS THAN AN IBIS !!!!!....
But....
....... Why is it that a volley of my missiles explode on my ship instead of the targes ???? 
The first time this happened I nearly pooed my pants as my scorp was hit by 4 paradise cruise missiles while I was shooting an Apoc !
Ok, ok, I realised that it was a bug and I had a chuckle as i went to the underwear draw happy that the 12 slot 8 gun 4 launcher apoc was still a thing of my nightmares 
But it is annoying now and please CCP, when the current woes are a little sorted, fix this, if only for the sake of my laundrey bill.

lol great yeah ive noticed this a few time myslef in my raven first time i saw it i had the same reaction you had.
but yeah CCP once you gt everything else done plz sort this little grapics glitch

Happened the other day to me while I was crawling along in a badger. From what I could see in hindsight there was a level 4 Blockade in progress. Alas I didn't see that, and all I saw as I entered the system was a barrage of torp/cruise explosions rocking my ship silly!
It didn't register in my lagged little mind that this was immediately after appearing, and hence no one would be able to target me let alone have the torps hit me.
And it didn't register that I'd taken no damage whatsoever from said barrage of imaginary torps as I was quite audiably screaming at my monitor for the badger to warp dammit warp!!!

Yes..! This has happened to me as well. I didn't undrstand how I was getting hit so many time and taking no damage. It is really un-nerving in the middle of a battle.

Seems CCP are getting little more creative with their bugs. Never seen anythng like this before

I've had a similar episode, where I was getting missile explosions around my ship, as I warped into an area where someone was NPC'ing, I saw no damage, and no effects other than the missile explosions... like other people have said, a change of underwear was needed, but then I just shrugged and laughed.
After two and half years of seeing wierd things, sometimes even bugs are funny.

It isn't just when you fire. I got hit by 4 jugs mid warp. That really freaked me out.

The random missile sounds are a bit freaky too, not even anyone shooting and you can hear missiles being launched

My cov op was hammered by 6 torps.. that was my pants :)
Ofc no damage or anything.. but I think, I never clicked warp that wast ever before :)

It seems to happen at close range or when the target ships is not in your view, but I haven't tested it.

It happens to me whether the Target is in view or not, and I get the missile hit animation on my ship every 5th to 10th Missile/Torp

yeah yesterday i had great fun watching my covetor take tons of heavy missile hits that were really being shot at someone tanking 300km away ;p

This could be the single most costly bug for CCP to date if people start sending in the cleaning bills for their underwear/pants.
